MCDONALD'S CORP

This was awful customer service. I went to order, there was no one at the speaker.I waited for about two minutes, i went around to the window and there was three cars in front of me, so I decided to go around in line to make my order.I waited (again) for another two minutes. I moved forward again, got to the window and the cashier was about to give me "an order". I told her I have not ordered yet. That food was not mine... and I explained to her, I went around twice took my order, and no one was at the speaker. As I am speaking to the cashier I can hear the Manager taking someone's order. She then said that they were short staff and that, as per the Manager I needed to go around one more time so she could take my order. I said I'm not doing that because I already did that twice. And she refused and did not take my order. She said I can leave and will not take my order.

The workers are lazy, I was waiting to pay for my order for over 15 minutes. It’s insane how incompetent the people are. They are just sitting in the back, talking and doing drive thru, leaving the front area completely ignored. I’ve worked fast food, I know busy, this was slow. The only reason like more than 4 people were inside was because, we are all waiting for them to do their jobs. It was so bad a couple was there for over 40 minutes, they had like I think two meals if I remember correctly. It is honestly sad, I even tried to call to be like “hey did you guys know you had a line?” And they completely ignored the phone.

Disgusting food was cold and not cooked well

I came this morning and the cashier didn't want to help me with the order. I always want it to order with a real person not the machine. But this time it was not my day with this lady. Sorry but very disappointed with this location. So I left with out my food 🙃 😐 she seemed to be helpful. 👎👎😔😔

The worst burger I ever had tasted old and rotten

I ordered 1 large fry and waited over an hour and watched 10s of people get served before me. I left without my food to go somewhere else. Do not come here go to wendys or chiplote down the street!

Sat in the drive thru tonight over 30 minutes, took forever to get my order right and they couldn't print a receipt. What a joke!

If I ever eat here it's the breakfast and they're pretty quick about getting it to you

No service. You will wait 20 minutes for overpriced junk food

Ordered at a Kiosk. The only issue was that I could not find a table number "tag" to put into my order. I put in 99 and told the server where I was sitting. They brought it out as soon as it was ready. The restrooms were fine. The music was a little loud for me. Overall, it was fine. I would stop there if I needed a quick lunch driving on I-95.

This place takes 1st place as the slowest McDonald's in the world. So far the wait after ordering on the app is at 25 minutes. Don't think about getting a quarter pounder unless you like uncooked meat.

This location, the food is good. The service has been pretty good but they do not get your order right they don’t listen to what you’re ordering and when you go through the drive-through, your order is always wrong.
