Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and it's on multiple occasions. Fries are always cold and hard, the wait is ridiculous and the staff is rude.

Was in line for 45 minutes and didn’t know our order

It was my daughter’s birthday and when we pulled up to both windows the ladies were so sweet and kind!

Yesterday I came in the drive thru and had an amazing experience with Jacoby, he had amazing customer service and was super nice and helpful. This was the best experience I’ve ever had from THIS McDonald looking forward to seeing this kind of service again:)

Asked for my 2 cups of sauce that was CHARGED for because it wasn’t in the bag when I ordered through the drive thru. I had went inside and this ugly human being that I think was a manager asked “what do you want” to then I said please can I get my sauces to which she replied “I put it in the bag” I wouldn’t be inside if it wasn’t mind you the girl in front of me had asked for the same thing and she got the same answer. Rude employee and tossed my sauces at me and definitely got my potty mouth to which she deserved every word. If you’re looking for a Waffle House experience this is it!

Great food and fast service! The staff here is always friendly, and my order is usually spot on. Perfect spot for a quick bite, especially when I'm craving a classic Big Mac.

You guys need to train your Manager the heavy set white lady to be professional with customers. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and had to repeat myself three different times and they got my order wrong each time. It’s not hard to figure out the order when I said it three times once at the window it was wrong once at the speaker and had to go inside and the sandwich still wasn’t correct only a deal with a manager who was getting aggravated with me because her employees couldn’t get my order right and now I am late for my for my job because they can’t do their job right

I left this location for leaving me in the drive through for 15 plus minutes more than once. Whoever manages this place should be fired

whenever i get a door dash order they NEVER put the sauce that i pay for.

I live a mile away. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a double cheeseburger and when I got home no more than 5 minutes after getting my order from the drive through all the food was basically room temperature. I assumed it would have been hot since I pulled up to the pick up window and it took a couple minutes to get my food, but it was not. This specific location is possiblity the consistently worst McDonald's I have been to. I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt for.a year or so but it is usually disappointing. I will not return to this location.

For the second time I’ve gotten a burger with no meat. This is ridiculous

I ask for a hamburger with cheese and they forgot to add it cheese , so I ask if they can add cheese and an employee name Prescious give me a bad Attitude and she was very rude they should dont have this people working here

never had a problem at this mcdonalds, and its just down the road from my house so thats a plus.

Literally had to wait in the drive-thru for 20 minutes for a simple Big Mac meal. This place is literally a few blocks away from my house, I don't know what changed recently but man the wait time got ridiculous today. This was at 9:30 p.m.

Food is what it is but the customer service is horrible!! Just rude and not professional!! I would rather drive 10 minutes further and go to the Fort Pierce location!!

I have no idea why I stopped here, usually go to the one near my house. I waited exactly 19 minutes in the lobby for my food. I had to ask 3 times about my meal. They said everything is made fresh! Unreal, twenty minutes for a quarter pounder meal. I see why the reviews are so low and bad on this place. Horrible and management seriously needs to address this issue …

This place is trash I walked over from my job and ordered a coffee off the kiosk but I guess they were only doing cash through the drive through. How does that matter?? Walk over to the drive through machine no one explained anything and was rude as possible horrible place never ordering here again

Everything takes forever at this place. I waited 30 minutes for my order and it was just completely normal to them. Me ordering from this location was just an inconvenience to them. Find a different McDonalds.

Place is a joke, avoid at costs, garbage service

Taking them more than 45 minutes to get our food the manager was very disrespectful she had a very rude tone towards me because of the the wait my friends and i had they need workers that will show respect and curtesy towards customers!!!

I placed a pick up order, the lovely lady who carried put our order was so sweet and friendly. The smile she had was bright even for a Holiday working. She made my day by being friendly .
