What diners say — our read

The inspection says one thing about this kitchen, and a minority of reviewers say another. Service tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.1 stars. After that, pacing appears most often — 36% of the corpus, averaging 3.0.

Older reviews score better than newer ones (3.8 recent against 4.3 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. A third strand, freshness, appears in 29% of them at 4.0 stars. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (9 reviews).

Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (90/100), 3 intermediate and 1 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on March 30, 2026. That puts it ahead of 36% of graded kitchens in St. Lucie County. The citations behind that grade include food from approved source and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.

Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. Everything above is computed from the 14 reviews reproduced below.

    Fantastic in every way!

I can’t say enough good things about our dinner at Oak and Ember. The ambiance was amazing — warm lighting, beautiful accents, and a low hum of conversation that felt upscale without being stuffy. It set the perfect tone for the night. The food was even more amazing. Every dish our party of 7 ordered was plated beautifully and tasted spectacular. You can tell the kitchen cares about both flavor and presentation. We tried a mix of starters, entrees, and desserts, and there wasn’t a single miss. Our server Tiffany was fantastic and truly made the experience. With 7 of us, it can get chaotic, but she was incredibly patient, never made us feel rushed, and kept everything running smoothly. She gave us spot-on recommendations when we couldn’t decide and checked in just the right amount. The rest of the staff was pleasant too — several team members stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. From start to finish, our whole group was very pleased with everything. Oak and Ember nailed the food, the service, and the vibe. We’ll definitely be back.

The restaurant in Becker experience was mediocre overall. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a few happy hour cocktails, but the food was average at best. We ordered the smashed burger and the grilled Serrano ham-wrapped pears, and both dishes were just okay—nothing particularly memorable. One thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the bar area. The countertop was sticky, and the overall space felt a bit neglected and unclean. The bartenders were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, I did notice one of them eating behind the bar, which wasn’t the most professional look, even if he was probably just grabbing a quick bite. The dining room looked cozy and inviting, although we didn’t have the opportunity to sit there. Overall, the bar area could use some TLC and attention to detail. Based on this visit, we’re not sure if we’ll be returning.

Good food but not worth the 4 hours to finally get dinner. Eat before you go as you will be waiting a very long time. Got there at 6pm, seated finally by 8pm, didn’t get dinner till almost 10pm. It’s got to be bad management to blame for not preparing.

Anthony, our Server was awesome. Perfect amount of attention, knowledgeable, and professional.

We went to Oak and Ember in Port st Lucie for our anniversary...our table was very welcoming with a kind note and happy anniversary confetti. Our server Anthony was amazing from the time we got there until we left. Very knowledgeable and very kind. And the food was out of this world...calamari was probably the best I have ever had. So tender. Steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. And the surprise tiramisu dessert was so light and delicious....thank you to all for making our anniversary very memorable and we will be back.

Came for our wedding anniversary Staff were friendly & complimentry-attentive Had a good bottle of champagne Ordered the steak & lobster tail for two Wow-cooked perfectly (ordered medium) Lobster tail was massive & perfectly cooked, not chewy Had the biggest container of butter (oh yeah!) We had the roasted asparagus & scalloped potatos as a side (both were fab) Super fun cocktail options; I tried a Smores Old Fashioned-quite sweet; but a super fun concept-my only suggestion would be 1 big marshmallow vs couple small ones & a bit heavier on the graham cracker rim would be perfect! Though pricy, its a fabulous spot for a special dinner occasion (Photos uploaded)

I’ve been here so many times, for birthdays and anniversaries, everything always perfect the price was worth it because of the service and quality food, but today I just spent over $ 400 and to send the waygu steak back three times and still not get the temperature right? Then ask for cappuccinos, no milk. While waiting for the bill my family had to run to the bathroom because something didn’t sit right! I wish I took a picture because they still charged me for a steak I didn’t even enjoy or barely ate. Can’t say it was busy because the were only two other table that were eating. Guess my next business meeting will be ate Texas Roadhouse 😝

5 stars specifically for the service! Erica is one of the best servers we’ve ever had in all our dining experiences. Food was good, but we would come back specifically to see Erica because she made it such an enjoyable experience!!

It was a very nice dining experience, but not in the same ballpark as the prices. The food was outstanding, but many high end restaurants in the area have outstanding food. The service was attentive but not too much. There were small things that were not so good though: like serving a delicious warm shrimp appetizer on ice cold plates because they had been sitting under the A/C, not a heat lamp. Or rushing out our appetizer before we had gotten half way through our cocktails. The room was a little noisy, but none of this was a show stopper. The bill was though, and we will not be going back. Once in a while Publix has a delicious Delmonico with deep, complex flavors (in the winter when snow-birders are here.) We'll wait for that. BTW, the Kyle G Cab is very good.

What can I say , 5 stars all the time . The first visit here was almost 5 years ago when my wife and I put in an offer on a home and it was accepted. We came here for dinner to celebrate. Love at first sight, we fell in love with the ambience, the staff, the food, and the great service. We always have a drink at the bar before dinner. The bartender Danny is amazing. Great drinks ,conversation and service. Danny is always polite and makes you feel special. A few weeks ago, my brother was in town with his wife and we had the opportunity to meet Kyle Greene in person. He took the time to come over to our table for a few moments and take a few photos. We spoke for a few minutes and even though his time is so valuable, he made all of us feel like we were family. Brian is the general manager on site,he works hard and is a great asset to the restaurant. He is not looking for any praise but it’s easy to see how hard he works. Ok , here it comes ,just one request… as minor as it sounds it makes a big difference…. please bring back the potatoes in the Gambas Al Ajillo appetizer, miss them too much. In closing my wife and I go to a lot of restaurants in Florida and this is our number one without a doubt .Like I said ,we feel like the place is very classy ,very warm ,very friendly and just a great spot to celebrate any occasion .And for the food ,service and experience I think the prices are very fair, but please don’t raise them lol . Great job to Kyle and all of his wonderful staff ,…

Our server Logan Solimando was an absolute pleasure. He was very attentive but not overly so. When we come back we will request him. The show was pretty good too lol.

Food was delicious. I forgot to take photos until dessert. Looking forward to our next visit.

  • May 9, 2026

Our server was funny but the food ruined it all. All our meats were undercooked and extremely bland. The atmosphere was a bit unappealing as there was flies and the least they could’ve done was installed a fly catcher atleast 10-20 feet from outdoor dining.
