What’s up with the floor? I think it needs some degreaser. Seems like a slip hazard in there. Our waitress didn’t introduce herself, so I don’t know who she was but she did recommend a special that saved me some money and had the same thing I was gong to order plus dessert, so thank you for that! I don’t think Outback has very good food. The side choices aren’t many and the salad, ugh, the salad leaves a lot to be desired. It came on a freezing cold plate but gave the impression there’s a bunch of plates with salad in a fridge somewhere and they just pull one out. The lettuce was wilted, the cucumbers had that appearance of being sliced too early in the day so they were no longer fresh but dull. I personally don’t care for yellow cheese on my salad but I guess had I paid better attention to the menu I could have asked for no cheese. I wasn’t a fan of all the greasy stuff on my steak. I think it was butter. We won’t be back to an Outback. I gave my gift card with the remaining balance to a nice couple that was dining.

Courtney F was an amazing waitress! From the first hello to the goodbyes she was checking on us constantly making sure we had everything we needed. Probably the best waitress I had in such a long time! Thank you for everything Courtney. KDA from Georgia.

Courtney F. Was incredible. She was personable and very attentive. We appreciated her knowledge of the menu and her willingness to answer questions without hesitation. We will come back and ask for her!

Came here last night for dinner and to catch up with a friend, long story short food was delicious and service was on point. staff was very attentive and friendly. We did have a small issue at some point but the manager came right over and rectified it and went above and beyond. Super satisfied with my visit last night and overall 9.5/ 10 will definitely be coming back

If I could leave negative stares I would We sat for over an hour and never got our main course normally we get great service NOT this time

Had a night out with my husband and decided to go to Outback. I had the blooming fried chicken and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. He had a burger and ordered it medium but unfortunately when it came, the burger was basically raw. The waitress was super nice and replaced it. They also took it off the bill which I wasn't expecting. Despite the burger hiccup, I can see us coming back :)

Tonight we ate with our two kids. The host was super welcoming. Our waiter, Hayden (I might be spelling his name wrong, so please forgive me!), was the sweetest and most attentive young man. We were so indecisive, he came back to our table multiple times to check if we were ready. He mentioned options we didn't even know were available when ordering. He kept our drinks filled and our table clear of any used dishes. He truly made us feel welcome. The food was incredible and the portions were great. The steak was cooked perfectly, along with the salmon my husband had with his salad. The mozzarella boomerang 🪃 was a 10/10. The food was hot when served. I can't tell you how many times we've been served cold or room temperature food at other restaurants. We'll definitely be back soon!

Our visit today was absolutely awesome! The food was great, the atmosphere was chill and by far the service was absolutely amazing. Our waiter, Peter, was on his game! He was helpful with the menu choices and suggestions, he was very attentive, checking on us during our meal and he has the perfect personality to be dealing with people. Keep up the great job Peter and we will definitely be visiting again real soon. The food was also fresh, tasty and satisfying. Thank you Outback!! See you soon.

we went for dinner tonight and we both ordered chicken mine was so dry i couldn’t eat it and sent it back they said 5 min so i said ok 15 min later still no chicken no manager nothing. The table behind us had an issue with Prime rib the waitress was the only one who helped the manager did nothing and the table behind my wife also had a meal comped three meals comped and no manager came out. The waitresses were both so upset because unfortunately they take the brunt of the issues. I was more upset that three tables in 30 minutes had issues and not one manager came out to see anyone. I actually told the female manager please tell the waitress to cancel my chicken she said ok and never came back or even asked what the problem was. This place was awful and I would love to speak to. Regional Manager.

I would give it a negative star if I could. They never placed my dinner order and when they realized the error instead of owning it the covered it up and said it was a large party ahead of me. If that was the case why did my husband get his food and eat it while I'm still waiting. So horrible.

Really disappointed with my takeout order. The food was cold by the time I got home even though I picked it up on time, and the steak was overcooked and dry. Half the order looked thrown together, fries were soggy, and they even forgot part of the meal. For how expensive Outback is, I expected way better quality and attention to detail. Definitely didn’t feel worth the money and honestly one of the worst takeout experiences I’ve had

Very pleasent atmosphere.... The peaceful environment brings out the fact of how great the food is..... You pay more attention 😋

Quality of the bone in ribeye steak was low grade. Cartilage all over the place that cannot be chewed. Their meats look nothing like the images on their menu all the cuts are smaller and thinner and they get and again you need a napkin or a little plate on the side to spit out all the cartilage that you can't consume or chew.

I was terribly disappointed. I've had better steak from Golden Corral and IHOPl!!! Go to Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn for tastier meat and a higher quality experience.

Great dining experience! Our food was delicious and we got it promptly. We sat at the bar and the bartender Katie was exceptional! She was super attentive and very kind. Highly recommend!

SLOW, POOR SERVICE, AND RUDE! FOOD AND DRINKS CAME OUT LATE AND STEAK WAS COLD. WORST LOCATION EVER DO BETTER.

Overall good experience anything that went wrong.They made right, or at least tried to.And i'm sure they will the next time.We go in there....
