Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An A inspection result sits behind a review average of just 3.2. Where front-of-house comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.0, so it reads as a strength. Wait times follows at 29% of reviews, where ratings average 4.5.
The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (4 of 14). Of the 14 rated reviews, 7 sit at four stars or better and 5 at two or below. Behind those, the state of the room is raised in 21% of reviews (3.3 average).
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (100/100), nothing cited at the most recent DBPR visit. The visit behind that grade was June 23, 2026. That puts it ahead of 100% of graded kitchens in St. Lucie County. Nothing was written up at that inspection at all.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on cleanliness, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

I have been a frequent customer at this location for quite a while and have always been satisfied with my orders. However, after my most recent experience, I will not be returning again. My food was packaged with a visibly dirty, used glove. I returned to the store to address the issue, and the employees did not take my concern seriously and appeared to find it amusing. When the manager came over, the situation was handled poorly and I felt dismissed, as though I was being treated like the problem instead of the issue being acknowledged. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Good place for good fresh Grilled chicken .

La comida Y el Luger es bien pero los empleados no son muy amigables? Y cuando le estaba pidiendo refill, cada ves se estaba poniendo como un demonio con cara como si yo era un criminal! Me iba a desmayar puro viéndolo 😭, 3 estrellas.

Today I bought two bowls of chicken soup and the least there was chicken. The supervisor on duty must conduct Quality and control to make sure that the product they are advertising is sold. Today for the first time I felt cheated by pollo tropical.

It’s crazy that I can’t give them a five on Service, because really in comparison to most similar fast-casual restaurants, they’re excellent. But my portion sizes on my orders have often been inconsistent, and online ordering has been slower than walking up to order, which kind of defeats the purpose. It’s still overall much faster than your average tropical smoothie or Five Guys though.
