Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The 3.6-star average is misleading — almost nobody actually rated it that. Reviews mentioning front-of-house average 3.3 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. After that, freshness and temperature appears most often — 24% of the corpus, averaging 3.5.
Of the 17 rated reviews, 10 sit at four stars or better and 6 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (10 of 17). A third strand, speed of service, appears in 18% of them at 1.3 stars.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (98/100), 2 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. The visit behind that grade was May 6, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 79% of graded kitchens in St. Lucie County. For specifics, the last inspection cited plumbing installed & maintained and floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained.

Lead bartender, Kelly, was absolutely pleasant in all regards. Food/drink suggestions were thorough and complete. Service impeccable. Her knowledge of surrounding topics of interest concerning Port St Lucie in a few words, incredible & helpful. Definitely returning for a third time

The best seafood boils ever.
-
Worth the extra drive to Jensen location. Service at this one is very hot and miss. Hostess has a bit of an attitude. Waitress was non existent.
-
The Jensen Beach location is soooooo much better than this one. I’ve been here twice and now I know not to come back. The food is way too salty and overcooked. The service is crap
-
Our second time in two weeks. Food is excellent and so are their drinks. If you love catfish, you must try the catfish basket. Or put on a bib and enjoy the mussels, shrimp, snow crab legs or any of the other seafood.

Had dinner with my crew and we had a great time. The service was excellent 👌 and our server was on point 💯. We’re from El Paso TX and really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend!

Love Red Crab!! Server & staff were all amazing. Greeted with a smile. The vibe in the restaurant was great. Seafood was fresh & tasted amazing.
-
Having 1 server for a party of 20 is absurd or poor planning and disrespectful of customers time. The service was extremely slow.. I waited over 2 hours for food. Never received an update in between the wait, no refills on drinks.

First time there love the atmosphere would definitely go back

1st time. Had low boil, shrimp crab and corn was great.. everything was tasty..
-
The best seafood boil I've ever had!

Don't waste your time here—horrible service. We went on Sunday at 1:30pm. We waited for 30 minutes and no one helped us. The restaurant was half empty, and after 20 minutes, no one had even come to our table... I stood up to request service, and the front girl "called" for a waiter.... 10 minutes later, we stood up and left as no one came. As we were leaving I told them what happened and the front girl told us that the waitress was with someone and told me to wait "one minute"... No, we waited for 30 minutes in an half empty restaurant. Not even a sorry.
-
food was decent. we had courtney as our server. she was rude and it did not seem like she wanted to be there. we waited so long for her to do anything we asked… even getting our check took 20 minutes.
-
Too expensive now that the quality and quantity has gone down. Flavor is bland! Use to go or order often. Never again.
-
The best seafood restaurant, and our favorite. Wonder why I haven’t written a review before this. Love the broad choice of different Varieties of crab … plus lobster, with the potatoes and corn-on-the-cob included. I think there are other choices, but we’ve never even gotten that far. Rapid, friendly service and fresh, hot food,
