What diners say — our read

People either love this place or they do not, and the ratings show it. Reviews mentioning service average 2.8 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. Serving size follows at 22% of reviews, where ratings average 3.0.

Behind those, what it costs is raised in 22% of reviews (1.8 average). If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (12 reviews). The split is 12 positive to 9 negative across 23 rated reviews, with 2 in the middle.

On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (96/100), with 1 intermediate and 1 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on June 18, 2026. That puts it ahead of 63% of graded kitchens in St. Lucie County. The citations behind that grade include dishwashing facilities.

Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on value for money, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Half the stuff there is closed or not working correctly. The bumper cars only like 3 barely worked. Laser tag same issue. The gocarts was closed as well. The VR headset down. The one where bars supposed to spin around is completely broken and removed.

We signed up for the summer pass and were told that we could call corporate and get a parent pass added on to our account. Corporate says we have to buy a 12 month parent pass, how does that make sense? Oh, and they don’t do refunds, even though I asked to confirm that it was for sure before I purchased the passes. Just a terribly run company in Florida or Ohio. We’ve had problems in both so it must be company wide. Also if you are going to charge full prices all the activities need to be available. Not charge the customer full price and save money on labor. Can’t be great for the employees either.

My family came in and had a great time. Staff was kind and helpful throughout. Stephanie was great the one HUGE downside was that the place is filthy dirty. The music is also anything but kid friendly. Would be nice if they played Kids music rather than adult club music. We all showered when we got home because it was that disgusting. Smells like dirty gym socks. The laser tags vests smell like cheap cologne and it’s clear they haven’t been wiped down. When we came it wasn’t busy, there was minimal staff but enough to meet the needs of the guests. Would have been nice to have someone walking around attend to the cleaning of the facility. It is so bad though just a basic clean isn’t going to help at all. It needs a good deep clean.

Worst place ever employees only care about dumb things like inside drinks instead of watching kids and making sure they’re safe

Didn't have a problem with this place was a good day was here for 2 hours kids playing having fun I stepped outside for 5 min came back in and this older lady started freaking out on me saying I needed to show her recipes and wavers mind you my kids on the other side of the wall both of them and my wife and baby she kept harassing me even after my wife came from around the corner then told me to leave she should not be working here I've been a manager for many years I'll not be coming back to this location really need to check the people you have repasent your company it's all it takes

We arrived at Urban Air around 5:30 PM and paid almost $200 for premium all-day passes for the kids, only to later find out they were closing at 8 PM. Nobody informed us at the time of purchase that we were only getting about two hours of access. Selling “all-day” premium passes that close to closing time without clearly warning customers is completely misleading. To make matters worse, several attractions included in the premium package were not even operating, including the VR rides, go-karts, and other attractions. My kids only got to enjoy a few rides before we had to leave. Paying full premium price for limited time and unavailable attractions is unfair and extremely disappointing. Customers deserve transparency before spending that kind of money. Let's see if Urban Air will do the right thing and reach out to rectify this horrible experience.

I recently visited an amusement park and had an incredible experience filled with excitement, fun, and unforgettable memories. From the moment I entered the park, the energetic atmosphere, colorful attractions, and lively music created a sense of adventure that made the visit enjoyable for both kids and adults

The experience was less than ideal. Everything was going okay till my two year old niece fell through one of the tarp walls near the ball pit obstacle course due to it not being secured in the corner. She fell into a five foot deep area that seemed to be a storage room with poles, tools and a ladder. Due to the fall she hit her head and ended up with multiple knots on her head and a scrape on her arm. We are thankful that’s all it was but what really upset us was that they tried to cover it up the second it happened by trying to zip tie the wall closed before we could get pictures or even see what she hit. On top of everything the manager Stephanie was being rude about the whole situation. Things could have gone a different way with just a little compassion for what happened with my niece. I know it wasn’t your kid that this happened to but you should be aware of the rude , unprofessional way it was handled and the danger this place is. We will not be going back.we understand accidents happen but this was due to the lack of safety on there part.

I had a very disappointing experience at Urban Air Trampoline Park on Sunday, April 26th around 2:00 PM. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I told the employee that I have a membership, instead of handling it respectfully, she looked at one of my sons and said, “So what kid is that one?” The tone and wording were completely inappropriate and came off as dismissive and disrespectful. I even said “excuse me?” because I couldn’t believe how she addressed me—and she repeated it the same way. There were two employees at the front. One seemed to be in charge and appeared more professional—the rude behavior came from the other employee. To make matters worse, she wasn’t wearing a name tag, so there’s no accountability. On top of that, half of the attractions are always broken and have been that way for months. As a member, it’s frustrating to keep paying when so much of the park is unavailable. To make matters worse, benefits that used to be included—like free popcorn—are no longer offered, yet the membership price remains the same. At this point, I’m paying for poor customer service and a facility where a large portion of the attractions don’t even work. I will be canceling my membership. Management seriously needs to address staff training, professionalism, and the condition of their equipment.

Disappointed does not begin to describe our experience at Urban Air trampoline and Adventure Park in Port St Lucie. My issues started when I went online and purchased membership passes, due to the lack of transparency. The website advertisers many different experiences here for the children like laser tag virtual reality flip Zone bumper cars and go-karts. When we arrive to Urban Air the workers at the front desk had no problem checking us in without letting us know just how much of the place was shut down. I purchased 4 memberships before I came, and brought 3 other children with me, and I bought those four children a day pass. If you ever wonder why there is a giant wall when you go to check in that doesn't let you see any of the attractions let me clue you in- all of the attractions are run down and you can't tell from the front desk. So the website advertises that a large group of children can play laser tag together or on opposite teams, they advertise that the children could play Virtual Reality together against each other, the website advertises go-kart rides and bumper car rides. We all tried to play laser tag and there were a total of four laser tag vests & guns that worked out of over 60. My children tried to play the virtual reality together and there no working headsets. The flip Zone bumper cars were a complete joke as only one actually flipped and there were only two or three other bumper cars that worked. This place is so short staff that we were told if we…

While the staff is very helpful and friendly & what they have available is fun it's just not worth the $ Due to the tragedy that happened this past December, the go karts are no longer running yet they still expect the full price in platinum. Even for ultimate some of the attractions are missing & of course it's still full price for that as well. I do want to give thanks to the staff though because without them having great attitudes this place would be worthless.
