KINGWOOD ORLANDO REUNION RESORT LLC

From the staff to the folks who handled golf, this is a place you want to go to. Palmer course is wonderful, Watson is killer with all those and traps. But for the 4 days there, the only complaint was the food. It was hit or miss and mostly misses. But we were fed so there is that. Anyway, got a group or just want to experience, by all means this is a place to visit.

1. The Tower suite was fine (Shower pressure is from a jet engine). 2. The front desk staff were excellent. 5-stars 3. The golf course (5-stars) was challenging but fun. Sadly we got rained out after 10 holes on day two. 4. The only problem with the golf experience is the club house and the bag boys are NOT on the same page. Our times were changed multiple times one of which caused us a major wait which caused us to get rained out. 3-star service. 5. The Steakhouse and the Rooftop bar were excellent. 5-stars Overall, I'd come back and give them a second chance. Tim L. Palm Bay, FL

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Orlando Reunion Resort exceeded all of our expectations! The property is beautifully maintained, with spacious accommodations, stunning golf courses, and fantastic amenities for guests of all ages. The pools, water park, and recreational activities provided endless entertainment, while the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and enjoyable. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a golf getaway, or a relaxing retreat, Orlando Reunion Resort is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

As yearly vacationers to Florida we typically stay at Orange Lake Resort but we got the opportunity to try out Reunion and we’re anticipating a comparable or better resort to Orange Lake. We were very disappointed with everything aside from the waterpark. Multiple things were broken in the room like the lint holder in the dryer and one of the drawers in the kitchen. It was very outdated but it was nice that all the rooms had a bathtub. Now for the pools… they weren’t cleaned ever. Every time we went to a pool except for the waterpark it was filled with leaves and bugs from not being maintained properly. We rarely if at all saw workers doing anything to clean or maintain the property. I would never even consider buying here, especially since you have to take your garbage to an overflowing dumpster no where near your room. The Bates family will not be recommending this place to anyone and certainly won’t waste time here again. We’re much happier now that we’re at Orange Lake instead.

Our family visited the reunion water park for a day of fun in the sun. The kids had a blast on the water slide and splash pad. My wife and I enjoyed the lazy river and shaded area of the pool.

We have stayed at Reunion Resort in Orlando several times and have always had a great experience. The resort itself is excellent and has a lot to offer. It is a huge place, but the staff are really helpful and the shuttle/minibus service around the resort makes getting about much easier. The on-site water park is fantastic and has always been one of the highlights of staying there. The houses we have stayed in have always been in great condition, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The restaurants in the main hotel are okay, although there are better options nearby, but overall the resort facilities are very good. Reunion is a great choice if you want somewhere spacious, well kept and convenient for an Orlando holiday. We would definitely recommend staying there.

This was our fourth time renting a house in Reunion, and while this property had some positives, it fell short of our expectations. The house itself was large and spacious, and it appeared clean upon arrival. However, it was not cleaned to the standard I would expect for a vacation rental at this price point. The floors needed a thorough scrubbing, the bathrooms could have used much more attention, and there were handprints visible throughout the home. The furnishings are starting to show significant wear and tear, and several pieces should be replaced or updated. The color-changing LED lights in the family room were particularly frustrating, as they continuously changed colors and became more of an annoyance than a feature. The outdoor pool area also needs attention. A refresh and a good power washing would go a long way toward improving the overall appearance and guest experience. The kitchen was well stocked, organized, and had everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately, many of the cabinets, drawers, and surfaces felt sticky, which detracted from an otherwise functional space. The upstairs carpeting was another disappointment. It appeared dirty and either needs a deep cleaning or replacement altogether. Overall, the size and layout of the home were great, but the lack of attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep made it difficult to justify the cost. I love my 3 bedroom 😍

Normally I have the best stay at this resort it's one of my favorites and of course I will return again but this visit wasn't the best brown water came out of tub the air wasn't working properly but luckily maintenance fixed that and there were lots of bugs in the room ants as soon as we checked in and a bunch of gnats just flying around all throughout the rooms. Whenever I would call front desk it took them hours on top of hours to get what I needed. Also is it possible to have someone clean out the lazy river some times I stepped on multiple things while going through and of course it was plenty of leaves and bugs in there too even once it was first opening. Hopefully next visit will be better but this one definitely wasn't my favorite.

BED BUGS and poor accountability and customer service!! ||Checked in Tuesday late night and woke up with new bites every day over the course of the week assuming they were from something else… my body is covered in them. On our last day (Saturday), when making the bed I found a bed bug. After looking into the mattress we found several “skins” of bed bugs. After bringing it to the attention of the front desk and “manager” I spent my last morning dealing with the inconvenience of this issue. After being told we have to wait until Monday for a “Wyndham manager” to follow up and wait for them to deal with insurance, we had to wait for security to come take our statement/ write up a report and take pictures.||After we expressed that we didn't want to move because it was our last day and there was no point now spending our last day moving to the “only other room they had” in the SAME BUILDING which very much could also be infested, we were forced to move anyway so that pest control could come to the room to move everything and disinfect. So in moving, we had to pack up all of our stuff, empty the fridge and move our belongings to another unit all on our last day with our 3 young daughters. Once I got to the new room, I immediately washed all of our clothing and then when I went to dry it, the dryer was malfunctioned and barely dried! It is not how I wanted to spend my last morning. No compensation had been offered, no offer of "how can we fix things" or "how can I make this stay…

The resort is huge! It was beautiful. Also the water park was such a nice extra. The only downfall of the resort were the people at the Wyndham front desk were very rude.

This was our second time at Reunion and it did not disappoint! The condo was very clean and spacious. The waterpark was fun. The pool was relaxing. The staff was very nice. Lots of stores in the area. We have been to Orlando at least 15 times and this is the best resort. Thank you!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay! Everyone was AMAZING!!!

Super cool rooftop pool

House was great except for broken dryer. Had to cart wet clothes across resort to another property, then call to be let in to use dryer. 13 of us so...... Very inconvenient. Was told by management co. They didn't know when new dryer was to arrive. Ridiculous. Have ordered many appliances, always have a scheduled delivery date. Other than that everything else was wonderful.

Our 3 bedroom unit was spotless and very up to date! The family loved the water park and lazy River!
