Whoever made the burritos this morning was on point. They were rolled and folded perfectly, the wrapper was tucked into a nice tight package, and the filling was so nice and balanced. Best burrito I've had here. I come all the time and some days are above and beyond.

I hope the owner reads these reviews because I have some honest feedback about my experience. I just had at your store. I was told due to the fact that I ordered a large drink with no ice that I was only getting the amount that was in the drink due to the automated machine and the employees refused to fill my drink to full now if this was the policy and had been the policy, I would understand, but I’ve gone to this location before and had no issue so clearly they have no idea of what good food service is. On top of that food quality wise, my fries had no salt and they forgot items in my bag that I was supposed to have that I paid for. I am a general manager in food service and I run a full scale restaurant, now I don’t expect fast food to compare to that however, I am very big on hospitality and very big on the guest experience and it’s sad to see that the state of affairs of your business, and the staff that you employ in your building do not understand that concept, and it saddens me. I hope that you have a conversation with them on how to interact with guest because I was less than satisfied with how they actually fix my problem and the fact that when I came out of my car to correct the issue I was met with a blank stare and what seemed to be an attitude from the African-American gentleman who I interacted with that I did not catch his name. I don’t expect this to correct the issue so like I said, I will just not be returning to this location. I will drive an extra mile…

Once I got the McDonald's app, getting my kid lunch was so easy. In and out. And the staff during the afternoon shift, are so sweet @

They took forever to wait on us.

Not open 24 hrs anymore, pulled up at 4:30. Was told they open at 5am , then was mocked because I asked about it, was there a week ago when was still open 24 hrs, won’t be buying from here anymore

Ordered off of Doodash. horrible service. rude over the phone. ordered a derpy Mcflurry and a regular Mcflurry. only gave me a refund on one mcflurry. and couldn’t give me my refund even tho doordash couldn’t give it back. i ordered a large froze coke. and got a large blue frozen drink. only thing i got out of my 5 item order was my cookies. and a drink i didn’t ask for. do better night crew. Horrible management.

Ordered a McDouble with no cheese, waited 8 minutes at the 3rd window just to get the double cheese mcpounder.

Since when are McFlurrys just ice cream with stuff on top? I guess i shouldnt be surprised they forgot a meal and almost forgot our drinks.

Drive thru staff's friendliness is not consistent. My last visit, the youngman was really short and unwelcoming

Forgot the special salt in my daughters meal (huntrix) and that's all she wanted, so I go back for it 5 minutes later and you would have thought I asked for a whole free meal the way they treated me. Very rude and condescending over a literal salt packet that they forgot. Stared at me like I'm asking for the cash in the register and took a few minutes to reluctantly decide I was worthy of the salt.. yes I had the receipt with me too.

The quality of McDonald's has gone way down in flavor and not a place I will shop again. The workers are great and helpful. The food it self salty and not worth the money.

Waited for very long time to get my order of 3 items.

I think these workers are robots or zombies. They don't speak and they avoid eye contact. They try to give the wrong order because they don't even ask if it's yours or not. Just shove it at you.

Disgraceful service. NOT ALL people can use the kiosks... Some have aphasia and others have disabilities to which touching those dirty things can be extremely dangerous... DO BETTER like the Rockledge on US1... Get friendlier staff !!!

My husband was very patient and kind in the drive through and the bratty young boy in the drive through cut him off multiple times was very snappy and when I proceeded to ask why he was talking to him like that he started arguing and got cut off by his co worker. Very unprofessional. Nobody made you clock in and this McDonald is 24 hours so it’s not like they were mid closing neither

This is the McDonald's that makes other McDonald's look good. I get hiring folks can be difficult but at this location they don't even try. Good luck everyone.

This double quarter pounder was basically a high density beef delivery system: two thick patties optimized for maillard reaction, welded together with molten American cheese and barely contained by a bun that knows it’s outmatched, resulting in a sodium and fat ratio that triggered instant satisfaction. I'm strongly impressed by the engineering.
