The employees need to be taught hospitality. They just hand you your food and sometimes say, "here you go". They should be trained to say, "thank you, have a nice day"!

This Father's Day weekend, we took a little vacation trip to North Florida, and on our way back, we stopped at a McDonald's to stretch our legs and eat breakfast. We entered the restaurant, and I was amazed by the high-quality customer service. This is the first time in 20+ years in the US that a McDonald's staff treated us as in a restaurant. The staff member who made us feel so welcome is MONTANA; she has excellent skills, is caring and happy, and seems to enjoy her work. Keep up the excellent work, team. Totally recommended!!!

Could someone explain why, when you order a coffee frappé at McDonald's, they sometimes just give you an iced coffee? It seems like they simply mix coffee with milk and add ice cubes. Isn't a frappé supposed to be blended with crushed ice rather than served over regular ice?

Very nice worker named Zay was very kind when he took my order my food was hot and fresh.

The cashier couldnt find an order on the register for the customer ahead of me -apparently he never got his food and was wondering where it was. She couldn’t locate his order and i stood there waiting to be waited on for more than 5 minutes. There were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I walked out without ordering and she STILL hadnt given the other guy his food !!

Mcdonald's is always good for your favorite burger, Big Mac, double cheeseburger, chicken sandwiches, my favorite is the McChicken, I don't know why but I just love that little sandwich and I get cravings for it. They also have great breakfast sandwiches and delicious coffees lattes cold brew, alll that good stuff. And tonight we just felt like getting one of their little hot fudge sundaes so that's what we did and ate it in the car and talked. It's really delicious!

As with all McDonald's you place your order at the kickoff and wait at your table. This location provided excellent service and the spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and the bun was fresh. Other locations serve stale buns. Their sweet ice tea was fresh and delicious. Tables were clean as well as the drink fountain.

What? Honestly what was going on. Primarily, the guy taking our order was clearly high. Not a clue what was going on- asking unnecessary questions, interrupting, and just seemed confused the whole time. Same at the window. At the pickup window, food came unwrapped with part of bun missing, people confused what order we were, and missing hash brown. all this combined we were probably in the line for 10 minutes. Before, I had no problems with this McDonalds but I think from now on I’ll be driving to the other one…

Restaurant and drive thru was closed at 9:20pm on a Monday. Don’t advertise 11pm if you’re not going to be open.

They made my hamburger the way I ordered it. Meat was Fresh. Thank You! Place could be a little cleaner.

Tried giving this McDonald's several chances to deliver a positive experience! I have went there different times of the day week days and weekends! And every time the same disappointment of the wrong order being handed to me

I always come to this location and the service has always been amazing! Ashlyn is always so helpful and kind, and I would definitely recommend this location for a quick and comfortable bite.

Using the side checkout is faster than jumping in line
