RUBY TUESDAY #7171

Juanita and Melissa were so sweet we had everything that could go wrong with a meal did with our food, however to me the way a place handles a mistake is what makes a good experience! No frustration from either no aggravation or eye rolls, just plain amazing customer service! They were amazing! Even though the food was a little ruff this time I will give them more business on the principle of their amazing customer service.

When I went Melissa helped me a bunch, she was very helpful! And the bartender Juanita made amazing drinks and they were very delicious! I’m excited to go next weekend with my family that’s flying over from Texas.

The food was satisfactory but the service was fantastic. Our lovely server, Juanita, was friendly, sociable, and kind— But the star of the show was definitely the manager, Melissa. She interacted with all the patrons as though they were old friends; and despite just being tourists passing through, we got the same treatment. She made us feel welcome and more than accommodated for. Overall she was a total highlight for our trip to FL.

Juanita and Karla are rockstars. They handle patrons that have attitudes with grace, hand-deliver juicy mushroom Swiss burgers and loaded fries, and couldn’t serve a colder Budweiser if they tried. Promote these two to CEO immediately.

This Ruby’s used to be great however in the past two year has significantly decreased in terms of food quality and service. We were served today and the service and management was just horrible. Our server Carla did not check on us often or clear the table. We would ask for a refill on our empty drinks and then she would disappear for 15 to 20 minutes. We were there for 2.5 hours today for four people, 3 which ordered the salad bar. The lettuce was wilting and welt, did not look good. Due to a coupon miscommunication, the manger had come over after we sat for nearly 30 minutes waiting and completly invalidated our poor experience reporting “Well Sweetie we are understaffed and busy” as I told her about the disappointing attitude and service from Carla.

Great experience at Ruby Tuesday’s. Christopher was a fabulous waiter! We did not want for anything! Always LOVE the salad bar. It was well stocked and everything was fresh. Tried their soup this time and it was yummy! I had baked potato and also broccoli and cheddar. Bother was fabulous! The place was clean and easy to get to since it’s right off I95.

I haven’t been in Ruby Tuesday in a while, but I can tell you this I got the salmon and the Reuben relaxer recommendation of Waitress Juanita and I have to say the quality was good. Service was amazing. Highly recommended. It was good to be back.

I go to Ruby Tuesdays a lot and Kathleen is always the best! She takes great care of her guests and is always very kind.

Kathleen took great care of us for lunch today. Love the lunch specials.

Everything was good. No issues

Lauren was our server and she was fantastic, food was delicious and we were very happy to have dinner this evening, the salad bar is a bonus. Would recommend fur family dinners in Rockledge Florida

Ribs are consistently delicious. Great offers if you join the email club. Debra is a friendly and quick server! I do wish there were other sides as options for a low-carb diet. Only broccoli or zucchini are offered. But that’s a corporate issue I’m sure.

Juanita is a fantastic server. Very attentive with a pleasant personality. Will ask for her next time.
