Had a great dinner this evening, great food, great service, love their rolls & sweet butter. However, I ordered portobello chicken, love mushrooms but the brown gravy was so salty I couldn't eat it. The manager was gracious and replaced my meal but said she and some people in the kitchen tasted it and didn't think it was salty. When my husband ordered his meal they asked white or brown gravy when asked what she thought best, she said the brown gravy was a little salty so she liked the white gravy and, I agree, i had the white last time. So, buyer beware, IMO the brown gravy is disgustingly salty. Other than this, the meal, service and everything else was excellent. As I said, they sent me home with a replacement meal of chicken breast, mushrooms on the side and mashed potatoes with butter, cheese, bacon bits and sour cream. Everything but the gravy and it was delicious 😋. So, no worries there. And did I say we had an awesome waitress? I tipped her extra, she was great!!

Loved Texas Roadhouse went today for my first time ever the manager personally came to our table to welcome us on our first visit and gave us a free sample of the sides my steak was cooked perfectly everything we tried was amazing we had so much leftovers after prices where super affordable for how much you get and the customer service was incredible can't wait to come back again 😊

Everything was perfect except the staff was so busy they forgot one of our side orders. Really no serious complaints the food was incredible as usual. The waitress was also nice. The place was just incredibly busy so it's understandable if something gets forgotten.

This location was awesome and our waiter Kara was the best! She literally went above and beyond. They also dance here and had a dancing mascot that we have never saw before at any other locations This location knows how it's done. A HUGE THANK YOU!

We have not been there for a long time once again to the fast service we can last time you don't get to enjoy your meal they bring your meal before you finish your salad and you're rushed so I turn the meal back in and then finish the salad. I hate being rushed when I go out to dinner I want to be rushed I'll go to McDonald's

After two years of avoiding this place, we decided to give it another try - TAKE OUT ONLY. What a mistake!! I ordered a 16-ounce NY Strip steak. The picture of the scale shows just shy of 6 ounces of FAT!! Not to mention the steak that was edible was very tough. Honestly, I've purchased better steaks at Publix. We live about 25 minutes from this place so driving back was out of the question. Guess I just needed to remind myself how bad this place has become!! ============================================== Found what appears to be a CLAW in my food from our meal there on 7/5/2024. This was in the leftovers that I was eating today and needless to say, I'm beyond disgusted. My meal consisted of a full rack of ribs, fries, and a salad which we brought home. They've also cut back on the portions - a "full" rack of ribs now consists of 6 ribs. I'm guessing a half-rack is now 2 ribs. My wife also ordered a salad with her meal as a side. She asked for ranch When she poured the dressing on, she noticed chunks in the dressing. It was sent out with blue cheese, something my wife is HIGHLY allergic to. Very glad she caught this BEFORE taking a bite. Apparently food allergies mean nothing to these people. On the topic of our salads from our visit on the 5th, when we had them Friday night the lettuce was brown and wilted. We normally love Texas Roadhouse but at this one, it was the first time my husband couldn’t finish his steak! It was so tough! Our server didn’t seem to care. He said he told the manager but no manager followed up. We will stay loyal but not at this location.
