Horrible service tall guy started talking crap while making my food. Manager working drive thru right there didn't even acknowledge the crap he was saying cashier was just smiling at him. Laughing June 19 2026 11:30. Safe to say I didn't eat my sandwich fries tasted horrible. Nuggets were old I would of like to talk to manager and ask her something but didn't feel like a safe environment Since she didn't even care about this guy running his mouth right next to her. Idk if these reviews mean anything are if general management pays attention. Very disappointed

Quashun was very professional and pleasant. Our food was fresh and delicious. She was courteous and went out of way. Will come again. Atmosphere was clean.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant got a chicken biscuit. Couldn't say anything to the guy dancing my food too me with his DJ headphones on. Tell me why their was a wait and wasnt nobody in front of me.... just to be brought the wrong food... do better.

This was a bad experience. My fries came cold and soggy, not even close to fresh. It honestly felt like old food was sent out just to fill the order. Delivery or not, there’s no excuse for serving food like that. Definitely needs better quality control.

Visited this Wendy’s to grab food for our children on 4/10 at 1:30pm. The team member taking our order was extremely rude and has terrible customer service. We attempted to order inside since one child has food allergies. We were told the inside was closed because there was only 3 workers present. Understandable. But we didn’t expect to be met with a nasty attitude while ordering. Yes you may get busy but working in customer service means you shouldn’t get an attitude when a customer is ordering unprompted. Very unprofessional and disappointed in the way we were treated.

They come up with new ways to annoy you all the time. I had plenty of unpleasant experiences here but I do like their burgers. However, today they tapes a piece of paper to the order station, saying they close at 4:00PM. When I drove up at 3:45PM they said they’re already cleaning up. But thank you. I actually tried another fast food place instead that’s closer to me and where the burgers have even better flavor. So at least there is a silver lining, saving me time. I would recommend you find another place altogether or go to the Wendy’s location in Suntree. They have better service.

Quick, hot, fresh fries, tasty new chicken sandwich. Employees did their jobs; weren't the most friendly but we're not rude or unpleasant.

Sadly I have watched this Wendy’s location decline over the last 15 years. It seams that the staff hate to work here. They are very short and rude, never a smile. Even when my order is wrong (which happens often) the manager is very unpleasant. There is never a line or business here. The food is hit or miss with wrong orders, staled buns or overcooked burgers. I anticipate that this location will soon go out of business. Once Wendy’s was an excellent place but leadership and staff have led this location down the path of decline.

Went thru drive thru Saturday around 6:40p. Ordered a chicken wrap and was told to pull up fresh chicken was being cooked. Wrap was not fresh and definitely not hot. Hubby ordered a single that was cold as was the fries. Totally not acceptable and will not return.

Thanks for the food poisoning I got from you guys today! Only food I ate today. Vomiting and diarrhea for almost 4 hours. I has to miss a half day of work. Maybe try cooking the chicken next time?

It was Wendy's as expected but my Fries and Nuggets were cold so 3 stars it gets.
