I'm never coming back here again. I know Checkers doesn't serve Gourmet food, but the food I received was just ridiculous. Not only did my fries taste off but my chicken had greenish and gray tones to it and was absolutely disgusting. My biggest issue is the plastic tabs I found inside the box that my toddlers food was in... plastic tabs in a chicken and fries box for a toddler...

Jaz was so kind and helpful, always a good experience to have someone with a great personality serving you.

Decent wings, food okay but service mediocre. Sorry. Maybe it was just the one I went to. Don't want to diss, so I'll update when I've had a chance to try s different location

Absolute garbage service. Gave me a giant bag order in one bag. The bag ripped 30 seconds after walking away and the policy is they don’t remake food. Wouldn’t give me a higher up number or anything. Absolutely disgusting attitudes. Told to “check the bag”

At 11:54 May 20th 2026 we had a great experience at checkers the lady at the window (I didn’t get her name) but I really really hope she gets her recognition she was amazing. thank you for the amazing service. good jobs guys.

I frequent this place often. The robot is hilarious. Girl at the window is cute, think she is the manager. Always get good food from here.

The milkshakes have a very artifical flavor. We got strawberry milkshakes and the strawberry was definitely not real strawberry flavoring. Was very disappointed overall.

Worse service. Waited 25 mins for a regular dinner. Unbelievable. Don't come!

Ordered extras on my burger through DoorDash did not get any, when I called the restaurant very unprofessional very rude and not even apologetic at all for screwing up the order

They are trying to fool people on the mvp meals they are supposed to have 16 oz drinks for the $5 meals and they are giving customers value drinks of even smaller sizes and then rude when you pull it up on corporates website to educated them then refused to give receipt. Read the fine print people. Then they said no that’s only if you order online

This manager takes her job real seriously fine and gon hassle me about some ranch cups lucky she pretty she told me the only way to talk to her boss was to call during the day or leave a review so hear it is yall need free sauce and I need her to personally call me back to affirm she got this

Honestly this is the best Checker’s I’ve ever been to. I went twice in one week and my food was ready quickly, was hot and fresh, and the employees were very kind and gave service on the level of Chick-fil-a. This is rare for me to experience at a Checker’s and I’m glad to have found this location.

These staff members are getting worse and worse!! Patience is not a factor at checkers. The cashier in a red and black jacket crudely rushed me to get the drinks from her hand. Rolled her eyes at me and is heavily breathing at me annoyed in front of my children because I didn’t grab my drink fast enough! I didn’t realize I was breaking the system by moving a bottle my apologies. I have some great days here some awesome interactions but I’ve never had a drink practically pushed into my hand. Safe to say I won’t bother by coming back

I’ve eaten here a lot in the past… but I just bit into raw chicken. And I’m about 8 months pregnant. I immediately spit it out because the texture obviously but I am beyond appalled… my husband decided to pick this up around 10:30pm 2/12/26 and he said he got a refund which was kind… but I can’t get over the fact it’s so raw and that I put raw chicken in my mouth pregnant. I know it’s just mom fear of getting some kind of serious bacteria with the baby. I won’t be eating here again - I can’t imagine how this could’ve happened.

manager helped explain a menu item and i really appreciated it. food was also hot and fresh.

The lady working the drive thru between 11pm and 11:15pm on 02/06/26 needs an attitude adjustment. Dark hair, big bun on the top of her head, pale skin and loop earrings that looked like squiggly plastic, tall and a bit stocky. I asked if the AI got the details of my sandwich right (after it read it back a bit oddly) and she stared at me deadpan for a moment before just saying, "yeah." The AI read my order back as having upgraded my combo (with shake) to a large, she handed me a small, I told her the AI confirmed I upgraded and she said, "well that's a small.' I asked for my receipt as proof and she said she couldn't give me one, "my machine is broke," with a smile, and told me to go park. It always takes me forever to get my food while I watch 5 or 6 other orders get completed. I don't know why I continue visiting. Calling the manager in the morning. The food usually isn't terrible. Edit to add: I just opened my sandwich and my bacon is missing! This lady looked me in my face and told me yes when I asked if my sandwich was a crispy chicken only bacon, lettuce, and cheese. I'm at work so I can't go back tonight. (:

fresh tasting food and nice customer service. cashier was friendly

Tonight my order was hot and neatly made. Just the right amount of sauce and condiments. The cashier was also friendly and they got me take care of quickly. I haven't been here in a while but I'll most definitely be returning.
