For me I personally love this place me and my family go here almost every friday the milkshakes are so good and the chicken with chick fil a sauce is amazing. Definitely recommend.

Drive thru is poorly designed and it takes a long time to get your order. Today I mentioned to an employee how they need more lanes like the Lake Mary and other Sanford location. She told me she didn't design it. I told her I was well aware of that.

I’ve ordered mobile curbside pick up twice and both times I have had to wait well over the time stated - one of those times I had to get out of my vehicle and ask where my food is! It was sitting in the waiting area. Quality of food was not very fresh either. This location is not up to Chikfila standards. Needs improvement

3 of us went in and ordered take out,we ordered the same order,3 cobb salads,I order soup on the side with mine,We were our lunch break,my 2 partners got there food less than 4 minutes,20 minutes later,I asked about mine,and the cashier said the salads are fresh,ok,then waited another 5 minutes, still nothing,so I asked for a refund,got alitte sass,so I went across the street and had a hot dog,what a shame,,but oh well I guess,I'll remember next time

I came in hoping it would be just like the other Chick-fil-As and I was proved wrong. My food order was messed up I tried getting it fixed but I just got attitude from the team members, and one of the managers. I’m def not coming back again especially considering there’s another Chick-fil-A just down the road.

I ordered chicken sandwich with no pickle. My sandwich came without pickle, but all they did was open a premade sandwich and take the pickles off. Guess what? You can still taste the pickle on the bun! Disappointed at the laziness of order prep

Horrible parking lot. Horrible drivers. Horrible experience. I never even received my food. I ordered curbside pickup. The only way to get to the spots is to wait in the looooong drive thru line until it splits off. In the mean time people are reversing into you and trying to go around you to also go to curbside pickup. I sat at curbside pickup for 15 minutes and watched several cars get their food (that arrived after me) and I was completely ignored. I tried to get someone's attention but they were busy with another customer, so I get it. Parking lot is so terrible I can't even go in to the store to inquire about my order. Don't use the app. Don't pre order your food. Going around noon is a mistake and you better have 20 minutes to wait just to order. Ridiculous.

Totally will not come back to this place service is terrible GM or manager white gentleman bald 👨‍🦲 was really unhelpful wasn’t event try to help when they messed up my order will definitely not coming back such a money waste please choose another place to eat

Every time I come to this chick fil a there’s an issue. Pick up is so disorganized and everyone seems like they’re everywhere. Much rather drive down the street to the High Water location, they’re quick and organized.

The drive-thru got the order wrong. Then I waited 20 minutes to try to get it fixed. Finally had to drive off without my order

Spicy chicken biscuit was good but it took super long just to get the food this morning even after putting “I’m here” from home and everyone else in the lobby was waiting for a while. I don’t know who was bagging food this morning at like 940ish but she’s coughing into her hand and touching every item about to be consumed prior to bagging. Lastly the coffees were both made completely different one being great and the other undrinkable.
