Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
If these 20 reviews agree on a topic, it is the staff. Reviewers who mention front-of-house rate this place 4.9 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour.
The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (18 of 20). 19 of 20 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 1 are two or lower. No one in this corpus comments on value for money at all.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (94/100) with 1 intermediate and 3 basic violations. The visit behind that grade was March 10, 2026. Ranked against Seminole County, it is safer than 58% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited cross-contamination and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

An excellent experience all around. Knew nothing of the place and had no expectations. Excellent Burger with all fresh toppings, the Chicken De Christie was amazing. Topped off the experience with a fresh, homemade Cherry Cheesecake.

The food was delicious and the experience was excellent. We especially want to thank Shena for her incredible attention; she was very kind, attentive and made sure that everything was perfect during our visit. We will definitely be back!

The desserts are a must. Another must try is their Greek Nachos, they are one of a kind. The food and service are excellent. April and Autumn are 2 of the best servers we have ever had. If you are in Sanford you must give them a try...

What a great place to grab a bite. Plenty of options on the menu and the food was so good. The chef salad was loaded as was the rueben sandwich. The staff were extremely friendly and those at my table enjoyed the friendly banter with them.. will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Cristo’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria! We ordered the extra-large supreme pizza with extra sauce, and it was hands down one of the best pizzas we’ve had perfectly cooked, loaded with toppings, and full of flavor. Of course, we couldn’t leave without dessert! We took home the pineapple upside-down cheesecake, lemon pie, and apple pie each one was just as delicious as the next. To top it all off, our server Lisa made the experience unforgettable. She gave us a wonderful history of the restaurant and truly took us down memory lane. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows. This place was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

We celebrated my Dad’s 80th birthday at Christo’s, and everything was absolutely fantastic! From making the reservation with Jan to the incredible service from Autumn, the entire experience was seamless and memorable. The food was outstanding, and the cake we ordered in advance from them was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had—unbelievably good!! A special thank you to Autumn, who was truly exceptional and made the celebration even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
