Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
One subject runs through these 7 reviews more than any other: value for money. Reviewers who mention whether it is worth the money rate this place 4.0 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. After that, cleanliness appears most often — 29% of the corpus, averaging 5.0.
Of the 7 rated reviews, 5 sit at four stars or better and 1 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (4 of 7). A third strand, the staff, appears in 29% of them at 5.0 stars.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (95/100) with 5 basic violations. The visit behind that grade was June 23, 2026. Ranked against Seminole County, it is safer than 63% of the restaurants we score. Worth stating plainly: 7 reviews is a small sample, so treat the percentages above as indicative rather than settled. For specifics, the last inspection cited in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.

Great variety!!!! Well worth it!!! 😁

I brought my kids to Cicis Pizza on a weekend afternoon, and it ended up being a great choice for a family meal. The pizza buffet had plenty of variety, so everyone was able to find something they liked, even my picky eater. The dining area was clean, and the staff kept the food stations well stocked throughout our visit. What stood out most was how easy and affordable it was to feed a group without sacrificing quality. We left full and happy, and the kids were already asking when we could come back.

The employees was very friendly and respectful, and it was a clean environment and was able to park not overcrowded we'll return.

The food is really good as usual. First issue, when I looked online before we left, I saw that there was a senior price of 899 on their website. I looked again before I posted this and it’s still there. The gentleman charged me 999. When I asked him, he said it’s a franchise thing. I shook my head and moved on after I told him it’s on their website for that location. Also could have warned me that there was a busload of children coming from a summer camp shortly thereafter. Surely they knew they were coming. While the camp counselors tried to keep them in order, it was definitely not a good place to eat at that point. The final issue, their arcade games are so rigged; disappointing kids is just wrong. Sorely disappointed with my visit. Now I know why I haven’t been in years. I just took my grandson there hoping to have a nice day.
