COMFORT INN & SUITES

I stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites Orlando North for a quick weekend trip and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. I arrived later than expected due to traffic, but the check-in process was fast and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a quiet place to unwind after a long day. One thing that stood out was how well the common areas were maintained throughout my stay. For the price and convenience, it was a great choice, and I would consider staying here again on a future visit.

We have stayed here for years. Have never been treated a certain way to where it made us not want to come back until this stay… Teenagers were being teenagers and kids being kids. We payed for 2 rooms for 10 days for our family vacation we had a total of 8 kids and 2 adults. The front desk ladies, and the cleaning people were VERY friendly and we tipped them accordingly but as for the security guard who has a big ego acting like he can barge into our rooms because our children were playing ding dong ditch, and the rude manager we will never be staying here again. We were told “one more incident and we were getting kicked out with no refund” so we decided to see if we could change our stay to leave early since it’s clearly not a kid friendly hotel and the lady said “it would have to be approved by management and they would let us know in the morning” and when we came back inside we asked if they could get ahold of management to get it approved so we could leave in the morning and get a partial refund and go to another hotel and she denied it… She said “we could leave peacefully with no refund”. Mind you the door that has been broke since we got here and we reported multiple times NEVER got fixed, it was a hassle getting towels and toilet paper for our rooms with a total of 10 people. We were told that was to many towels… seen roaches on the ground crawling while using the bathroom. Do not recommend this hotel to anybody especially if you have children.

We paid a few dollars less than $200 for the suite. The bathroom smelled of urine and the pull out bed mattress was so thin one could feel the springs! Based on the reviews, the expectations were high. Would find another brand next time.

Staff was friendly. Sheets were soft. But the tub/shower was not very clean.

From the salesperson to the front desk,to the housekeeping, to the cooks, to the manager, etc....everybody at this establishment is very kind and helpful. It was a good value for the money.

Very basic hotel that has everything you need for a short stay. We were there due to family emergency and everyone was very kind and understanding. I gave 5 stars because of service and basic amenities that were always accessible. Thanks to the staff.

The property and the staff were great; however, enforcing of your own noise ordinance was terrible! Our room faced the highway, and we could hear highway traffic noise all night long. Not much the staff could do about that - just be sure to request a room AWAY from the highway! Late at night and then again early in the morning, children playing in the hallway. Running, jumping, screaming, banging, etc!!! Worst of all, the cleaning staff shows up in the morning, and they are louder than the kids!!! Talking LOUDLY to each other, moving around, banging, etc. The cleaning staff had absolutely no regard for guest sleeping! And "THAT" is the number one reason that I will never stay here again!

Excellent facility all around. Great staff. Good breakfast. Perfect location if you are visiting Blue Spring State Park. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were nice, clean, Bed was comfortable. As long as you dont care if you get any sleep, cause the traffic noise was awful. Felt like you were being ran over all night! The breakfast is very good, they offered a large variety. If you couldn't find something there, then your just to picky. The orange juice was some of the best I have ever had Decent place, but the windows need to be upgraded to soundproof being next to a highway.
