Breakfast is good

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I don’t know the manager’s name, but she is the manager with one arm (I’m only mentioning this to identify who I’m referring to, not to be disrespectful). I ordered four vanilla ice cream cones for my children and simply asked if each cone could be placed upside down into a cup to help prevent my kids from making a mess in the car while we were driving. The ice cream itself wasn’t changing—I just wanted the cone sitting inside a cup. The manager immediately told me she couldn’t do that because it would then be considered a sundae. I asked how that made sense since I wasn’t asking for chocolate, strawberries, caramel, or any toppings. She then told me a sundae costs $4.19, while the vanilla cone is only $1.99. I explained that I wasn’t asking for a sundae at all—just the exact same vanilla cone placed into a cup. The cone was still going to be there; I simply wanted it inside the cup for convenience. Instead of trying to help or offering any customer service, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude throughout the interaction. It was very obvious she had no interest in helping a customer with such a simple request. If you dislike dealing with customers that much, perhaps customer service isn’t the right position for you. A manager should know how to communicate respectfully and resolve simple requests instead of creating unnecessary conflict. I will also be contacting McDonald’s corporate to report…

Fries and burger were pretty cool they weren't hot

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Carlos is a phenomenal manager that goes above and beyond, and Stephen is genuinely the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a drive through attendant. Anytime I crave McDonald’s, I go here, even if it’s out of the way.

Waited almost 20 minutes for 3 Happy Meals Also it wasn't busy at all. I got caught up with time because i had my grandbabies with me

For McDonald's... The staff is horribly rude. Food is always gross. You'd think with how long it takes them to get you your food it'd be fresh, but nope. It tastes like it has been sitting out for hours. Drive to the Lake Mary location and don't waste your time here.

Honestly no words, I dont expect much this is McDonalds. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and Miss Shannon’s attitude was very unprofessional and unnecessary. I was so kind with her as she continued to make small comments and overly trying to rush me when I knew exactly what I wanted and wasn’t being slow even still wasn’t good enough for her honestly just blows my mind that people who try so hard to get a job here get denied and then you have people like Shannon who thrive on having a power trip on customers. I’m not a perfect person but damn at least have some decency. I come to this location so often since I moved here and never experienced this type of behavior until today, honestly so disappointed. Do better:(

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker 2 minutes before the car on the left pulled up; they took their order and I was still sitting there. I even said “hello?” and they just told me to wait. Then that car got their order in the normal pickup window, while I had to pull up to the 3rd window and wait again. BS.

They burnt my bacon I hate it here

Writing a review ain’t even worth it. Cause this place is a J O K E. Two different days. Don’t even wrap the sandwiches, and fries might as well be a small!

Super slow, they never get the order right, just avoid this one. Not sure what's going on. You'd think they had plenty of time to double check orders with how long it takes.

This is my local McDonald the one I go to almost everyday. I order the same thing every time that I go, $5 value meal with a Caramel Frappe. Today 4/15 at 12:27am and ordered 2 McDouble Value Meals with barbecue and honey mustard and 1 with a sprite and the other with a small caramel frappe with extra caramel. Once I pay I proceed to the second window and the overnight manager with glasses name started with D handed me my frappe which was super liquid and I asked her if she could please remake my frappe and said the consistency was like that that if she did it again it would come out the same so I said thanks and just waited for my food. Sadly I decided to get home and not check at the store if everything was there. I got to my house I was missing one of my McDoubles. My 1 burger and everything else was fresh except for those 2 incidents!

Terrible at getting the food right and most times at drive thru it's "go to #1 or #2" and wait to get your "fast food".

This place is so terrible. They want higher minimum wage and more money to deliver a garbage product. How hard is it to make good fries and a burger on a timer. Garbage staff garbage company

I guess they cannot read their own slips. They’re able to place a sticker, but not able to make sure they put the right food together. This is an all the time thing I would suggest go to any other McDonald’s besides this one.

Advertises as being open 24 hours, but every time we stop on our way to the airport they've got an excuse....shift change, credit cards down, only serving beverages. Based off of the reviews, I should be grateful, but it's still annoying! If you're not open 24 hours don't advertise that way!!!!!

Came to this store On my way! Back home have near in my life been to this area of Florida my experience here was giving bougie count take orders at the front counter then was left when I was trying to ask a question i ordered on the kiosk just to get a blank receipt left the store and went through drive thru lady gave me some nasty old black fries at first then they did cook a fresh batch just for me not to have a full thing of fries I’m not from that area so I don’t know how other areas work I will never go back their if I ever come back down

Better then most

Ive been working coast to coast and so far this McDonald's is the worst.Old fries and chicken sandwich was cold the only thing they impressed me with was the lobby .
