I want to give a shout out to GiGi for the exceptional service she provided last Thursday night. It's a busy night and she was on her game. It didn't go unnoticed. We appreciate you, Jillian and Omar for making sure we are taken care of.

Pool tables are always in great condition. Had the patty melt while there and it was great. Though the pool table must have been tilted since my cuz kick my butt today. :-)

If you are looking for a great local venue for an event with a large party - this is the spot for you!! I reached out to the owner to organize an end of year social for our staff and was taken care of by their Manager, Jillian. I provided our specific needs to her, and she responded (quickly) with stellar top notch service and amazing care. We received a detailed menu with numerous options to choose from along with pricing and a phone call to discuss it together. The day of our event we were greeted by Jillian, Austie, and Giana - this crew took impeccable care of the 60 of us in our party from front start to finish! They were friendly, highly attentive, and efficient in providing our food, drinks, service, and particular needs for the duration of our event. Everyone was delighted with the pizza variety, as well as the beef and chicken nacho bar. We received several lovely compliments of feedback from attendees regarding the large venue space to fit us all in (not having to sit shoulder to shoulder stuck at close tables), the high quality of service provided, the delicious scratch-kitchen food, and the activities available on site to partake in - pool, darts, arcade games, and sports/news on the many TV's. I am certain that Racks made a few new fans and will be seeing their faces again soon - I know we will definitely be returning for another large party reservation in the months to come. Thank you again to Jillian and Racks for hosting our event so very well!!

Great pool hall. Excellent tables. Decent menu and drinks. Good prices. Friendly staff. Great place to go on a date or out with friends.

Was upgraded to the VIP room for free, the tables are very well maintained and the food was excellent.

Hi how you doing My name is Antonio we come in there me and my son at least once or twice a week have a nice game of pool and enjoy ourselves, but when we came in today we waited at the bar for least 10 to 12 minutes and then the girl came over us Jillian I believe it is and I said I want that table over there table four or five so she said the balls on the table go go play over there I said okay so we played for a while and then my son wanted to play nine ball. and I asked if she had the rack she said no we didn't have a rack for nine ball over 7 years I said well I came in there last week and the guy gave me like a triangle thing, And she said okay we have thatthat okay she should have known better if she's a general manager that the rack was not a rack it was a triangle, but anyway so when we were done she was around my table when I was done she tells us to make sure you get the balls And while my son was getting the ballsI went up there at the bar and I said why we got to get the balls when we came in the balls were on the table already I didn't bring the balls out there so she said the other people left in there, I mean I didn't like that because The people that left the ball there she checked them out and she should have told them get the balls before you leave not us that we didn't bring it there you understand ,And she told us like with a little attitude I don't like that we come in there and spend money I even know Georgie to cook cuz I used to work with him so have…

I've only been here a couple times myself, but this last visit was so good I had to shout out the the ones who earned it. Omar and Kyle did such a fantastic job. I was with a large party on May 10th and consistently, the amount of effort I saw Omar and Kyle put into making rounds and checking on all the guests went above and beyond. Just myself, as an ignorant individual, Omar took the time to make drink recommendations and explain to me what I was getting every time I walked up to the bar. Truly, I can not stress enough, it is worth coming here for the customer experience alone.

I went to Racks with my two older brothers to watch UFC. Racks was holding a billiards tournament. Atmosphere is lively and clean. We are at the bar and were served by Jillian who was top notch. Service and food were excellent. Jillian deserves a raise! If in the area; go to Racks. You won’t be disappointed. Be sure to try the Sweet Chili pizza!

I went there for the food. I stayed for the atmosphere. The food quality to price ratio was on point.

My first time thier, very friendly, professional, caring, the food was great , a great friendly atmosphere, for all ages great mixture of people, plenty to do, has plenty of pool tables darts, TV shows, Ufc, Boxing ppv fights, movies on TV, the staff very helpful friendly look forward to helping customers. I really had a good time plan to visit May 09, ppv UFC fights, the food is great. My Bartender GeeGee is outstanding. Look fwrd to visit again.

Khristian the best waiter at the place hands down!!! The guy was super nice and gave great recommendations!! Legend at the spot!!!

This is a great place to have a drink and shoot pool with friends, the only gripe I have is to check in advance because they have pool league matchs there sometimes and it'll stop you from being able to play pool.

Food is amazing!

Spent this past weekend here for the APA Orlando Invitational. Jill, Omar, and Caitlyn as well as everyone else did an amazing job despite all the craziness all the pool players had to offer. The service was fast, the food was great, and everything seemed to run like a well oiled machine. I don’t live in the area but they definitely won me over and I’ll be back the next time I’m in town!

Jillian & Auste we're working their butts off during a Pool Tournie. We sat at the bar because it was so busy.... They took great care of us!!! Food was great!!

I rarely give a 5 star review. Im picky. But this place is excellent. Great menu. Great service. And if you are a billiards enthusiast, this is home. Its a little on the pricey side but you wont be disappointed.
