Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The kitchen grades better than the reviews do. Reviews that raise how long an order takes average just 2.3 stars — this is where the complaints concentrate. The staff follows at 33% of reviews, where ratings average 2.5.
1 star is the modal score, given by 7 of the 18 reviewers who rated. A third strand, price, appears in 17% of them at 3.0 stars. The split is 7 positive to 8 negative across 18 rated reviews, with 3 in the middle.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (100/100) and no violations cited. That inspection was on May 13, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is downward over the records we hold. Ranked against Seminole County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. The inspector left without citing anything — worth noting, since most visits find something.
If tidiness is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Taco Bell is starting to get too expensive for it to be worth it anymore. Food is decent, but they take way too long to get the orders out. Everything is precooked for the most part so it’s confusing, unless they are understaffed..
-
For a fast food and their location , they are nice , and get my order right every time . Really can’t ask for more
-
Great food, ordering on the app gets you free food.
-
30 minutes and nothing The employee …. They just talk among themselves while everyone waits...
-
Was actually fresh food.

Just got renovated and 2/3 of the order kiosks are non functional. The one that works has a very cracked screen and has been this way since the renovation. Food quality is inconsistent. I have gotten a Mexican pizza with the shells fried in rancid oil multiple times. Food preparation takes longer than any other location I’ve frequented (typically I’m waiting 10-15 mins), even when the restaurant is not particularly busy. Restaurant often smells funky. You all can do better, and I hope you do. I love when my TB is solid but this one right now just isn’t!

Terrible experience. I honestly haven’t sat in this Taco Bell drive thru in years, and now I remember why. Last night I waited over 30 minutes for food. I sat at the drive thru window for nearly 10 minutes while my order was literally sitting there ready, and the employees were looking everywhere except the drive thru window. I gave them another chance today and placed an online order hoping it would be quicker. Same exact problem. Over 30 minutes waiting again. I finally walked inside and the employee had already finished bagging the food but was just standing there waiting for a sticker to seal the bag. I told him don’t even worry about the sticker because I didn’t have time for all that. That turned into a confrontation, and I asked for the manager because the entire operation was unbelievably slow and unorganized. To make it even worse, I drove 30 minutes back home only to realize they gave me the wrong order anyway. I’ve lived in Seminole County for 36 years and this is by far one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had yet. Either clean house, retrain the staff, or shut this location down because the level of service is unacceptable.

Went to this taco bell a couple weeks ago order a large nachos fry and the cashier said its $3.69 but the menu on the drive thru had $2.99 so when I told them its not the customers fault they can't put the correct price on the menu and Im not paying that the manager named Josh was very rude and said when you come back it will be fixed went back the other still the same.

I love getting my makeshift meximelts. I wish they weren't so expensive but they are worth it.
-
I came after a long night lol almost 3 AM right when they close. And Alexandria, and the whole team were so calm, understanding, and kind. They helped me even with a line full of people and was so patient with Me! Would go again just in hopes that her and her crew were there

I've been to a few Taco bells over the years and I will say the food quality and the friendly service here was very good. Only downside was that only the kiosks were open (no order taking at the front counter) and there was only one working.
-
Typical 'taco bell' fare. It served it's purpose. The taste was fine. The portion was a bit better than typical. The service was friendly and engaging. The 'new look' inside I wasn't real crazy about. It's 'brighter' than ever.
-
Someone please overhaul this Taco Bell 🙏
-
I come here all the time and never had my burrito this burnt I understand it being late but they don’t close for another hour not only was my burrito burnt but I ordered the new empanada desserts and they were overcooked . Will not be making this mistake of going there at this time . SMH do better
-
Store Lobby is closed for construction so you have to wait in long line to pick up mobile orders and they are wasting the time of hundreds of delivery drivers
-
Just went thru the drive thru and get again...they dont check orders. I was missing my cinnamon twists.
-
NY is the BEST! Very helpful and great service even though I asked for a lot she was supper sweet!
-
this is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. It took more than 20 minutes to make it up to the actual speaker box and another 20 minutes to make it to the window.
