Found an entire roach leg in my fries. I chewed it a few times before I realized it was not a frie. I will be reporting this location to local food health/inspection authorities. Absolutely unacceptable.

Please be aware of this location I went for lunch today and they literally serve me raw chicken I call the manager and she looked at the chicken sandwich didn't even apologize she just had a disgusted face because that meat looked disgusting and the employee just asked me if she can keep the sandwich and the sad part they didn't offer an apology or a refund or to remake it I'm highly upset never going to this place again

This automated system sucks!! Doesn’t ever get my order right. Had to go back to get the correct order and it was just a cheeseburger. Ridiculous! Go back to the humans

I am posting while sitting in a drive-thru line that isn’t moving at all. I am about to pull away without my food bc this isn’t “fast food” at all. I see now that others have left similar reviews. Management needs to figure out what’s going on bc you’re going to lose customers.

Very slow staff, one salad takes forever, always the same

Drove thru but the food was hot and very good, breakfast baconator was so good! And the potatoes were seasoned just right and salted to perfection lol

Order a Ceasar Salad and all I got was yellow lettuce in a bowl. When I went to get my food the worker was rude and ignorant. She kept asking anything else and rolling their eyes. Night shift needs to do better.

Great service. In and out fast for when in a hurry. Love their chili!

We got two orders of chicken nuggets. One spicy. One regular. They gave us both spicy. That’s fine. Mistakes happen. We watched them take the nuggets back (after it had been placed out on our tray and one was taken and eaten - how we found both were spicy) and dump them from the container back in with the fresh ones. Were the ones we ordered fresh? Was any of the food we did eat get the same treatment? I don’t know, but I should have to wonder this. Won’t be going back here.

waited in the Drive-Thru 45 minutes for my food and they still left out my chicken tenders This location no longer serves Iced Tea.

Never has chili... they should remove it from the menu. I live 5 mins from this place and that's my favorite thing from Wendy's but this location is always out of chili.... idk why but makes me think they just don't want to make it.
