Believe me its a homeless shelter smells horrible rooms like never ever been cleaned worst horror hotel ever if you still gets here before check in ask to see the getho rooms first

The most horrible hotel I’ve stayed in yet. Found a bloody tampon in the toilet, roaches everywhere and I believe there is mold in the corners and in the AC. I filed a complaint and they were so rude and told me my room DIDNT even exist.

The service is amazing I love the staff and it’s quiet and the best part is being across the street from the beach!

Unsanity, absolutely disgusting rooms with terrible service. Owner is disrespectful and argues with guests. Should rename this place to Americas Worst Value Inn, sleeping on the beach would be better than staying at this slum.

I have stayed many times at this hotel.. I must say that each time was even better than the times before. The entire staff was awesome. The rooms are very clean. It is very close to the beach which is one of the perks of the location. The pool is well maintained along with the property..They serve a breakfast bar that is well stocked from 6am to 9am. I would definitely say that I was pleased every stay. And would recommend this hotel to families and friends everywhere. Thank you again to the staff at ABVi Satellite Beach. We love you

Never had any problems. Cheap rooms, not the best looking but I have never had any issues. !!Update from a a recent stay!! I believe we were in room 138 or 135...not exactly sure. This was my second time in the front area and we were impressed! Bedding looked brand new fridge, microwave, counter tops...EVERYTING was clean! The front desk staff is always kind and accommodating. Im not sure of her name but she answered all our questions about monthly or weekly rates. That will be my next reservation on the 25th. 🤞Hopefully you'll have the availability. Thank You 🤙VL🙂

Roaches, and more roaches, and mold in the air conditioning. Disgusting. Dirty carpets, worn out lumpy pillows. Total health hazard. Shame, great location.

Horrible, disgusting rooms. Dirty, dirty, dirty. DONT do it. Pictures online are not what you get.

For the price and this location, I got what I paid for and honestly enjoyed my stay. I’m not complaining at all... just giving tips so others know what to expect and can be comfortable. The room was okay and did the job.. I didn’t sleep in my car, was able to take hot shower, and a place to get ready (all i needed)... I’d highly recommend bringing shower sandals, extra sandals for walking around the room (that you can throw in the wash or throw away), your own bedding is definitely a must, something to cover the pillows, wipes/Lysol, towels, all of your toiletries, and maybe a portable door lock for added peace of mind. Parking was well lit and right infront of the room, it was quiet at night, check-in was easy, and check-out was simple. Just keep the location in mind... this is a tourist heavy area, so rates can be higher and your dollar may not stretch the same as it would elsewhere. In another city, the same price might get you more, so set expectations accordingly. ...you may also want to not stay alone, thank you Vida!!! *cuatro

Very unsanitary and multiple code violations. There was blood in the shower, mold on the ceiling and inside the dresser drawers, the blanket had ‘white stuff’ on it, inside of the microwave was rusted, finger prints on the doors and walls. The only thing relatively clean might be the pool but I’d be cautious with that.

Should have paid more attention to the 2 star rating, I tried to get my $$ back as soon as I got there, bottom of the barrel suits this place, don’t go there! I paid for 3 nights, left after 1 minute!

If I had known just how bad these rooms and the entire place was I wouldn't have stayed here! Although the website says there's wifi, NO THERE ISNT! Unless you want to sit directly in front of the check in office thats the only place wifi picks up. Was given some lame lie about "the wifi doesn't reach the rooms because of the Space Force Center" 😒 🙄 No towels or wash cloths in the room so I asked the front desk multiple times was told that the house keeping lady "wasnt answering her phone" then was told when the house keeper came to get the lock for the pool they'd let her know I needed towels that didnt happen then was told they put in a ticket so the house keeper would bring me some the next morning, and again it never happened! The rooms are rather filthy, the entire place reminds me of somewhere the homeless and addicts stay and don't clean up behind themselves. Woke up with a ton of bug bites so im also assuming there's bed bugs 🙄🤦‍♀️ Just wanted somewhere cheap to spend 2 nights, definitely should've done more research before booking here! This is definitely NOT a place you want to stay! They refuse refunds so just take ur money and find somewhere else!

This place is a filthy dump. It's more of a last chance/first step homeless shelter than a motel.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Pool was beautiful. It's a nice older hotel in an excellent location. My TV was fine and so was wifi My room was clean.

The staff here is amazing everyone is so friendly and even though the rooms aren’t high end rooms just the service and hospitality you get makes it all the worth while I love it here and my fiancé loves it ww have been staying here for a few months with our service dog and so far it’s been amazing

Worst motel in America . Rude staff , filthy room that smells like a one month old unchanged cat litter . Despite my complaint nothing have been offered for compensation . Towels were changed only once during 5 days . One staff member was so rude that I felt threatened so unfriendly she was .

Positive: Nothing!!! Negative: Dirty smelled like animal urine. I couldn't breath or sleep. Tv didn't work. I left after a few hours. I did not come back.

Thanks for your stay." ||... is the repetitive response you will receive from "management" on all reviews, and there's a reason for that. No need to comment on your experience. You are warned! ||We pulled in to the parking lot, walked into the lobby, and no way in hell were we going to stay there. End of story.

Well, it's inexpensive and it's older. But the room was clean enough, though there was a stale tobacco smell in the room. The sheets were very clean. We felt safe and it was nice and quiet at night. It was only $82. The lady at the desk was very nice.

This place needs new management if they have the mindset of being perfect.making sure everything is cleans.if you have lazy mindset as manager you shouldn't managing

Positive: THIS HOTEL WAS SO BAD I WOULD NOT PUT MY DOG IN IT OVERNIGHT LET ALONE MY FAMILY Negative: YES ONE OF THE 6 RMS HAD NO LIGHTS SEV OF THE ROOMS HAD NO TOWELS , WAS TOLD BY THE DESK CLERK .THAT THERE WERE NO TOWELS AVAIL AND SHE WOULD NOT BE GIVING US ANY.ONJ RECORDING.. PHOTOS OF WHAT THE ROOMS LOOK LIKE AND BED BUGS WAY TO FILTHY FOR CHILDREN
