Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
If these 22 reviews agree on a topic, it is front-of-house. Reviewers who mention the staff rate this place 4.4 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. After that, how long an order takes appears most often — 27% of the corpus, averaging 4.7.
20 of 22 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 1 are two or lower. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 19 of 22.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (93/100) with 1 intermediate and 4 basic violations. That result dates from March 4, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 51% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: plumbing installed & maintained and chemicals / toxic substances properly stored & used.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

We went with a group of 10. They were very accommodating. Service was great.
-
Very comfortable atmosphere. There was enough room to get my wheelchair in and out easily. The food was delicious. Will definitely be back soon.

We had a beautiful experience in the BierGarten, it was quiet and Peaceful, we were able to interact in peace and could hear the person next and across for you. The service was excellent and the food was so delicious! We will definitely put this on our list to come back to! If you haven’t had the loaded perogis(I didn’t get a picture of them, we ate them up so fast) I highly recommend trying them and the Shepards pie:)

The Shepards Pie at Coasters is the best ever, even though we have been to Ireland multiple time's and had Shepards Pie in various pubs, Coaster's Shepards Pie is the best by far.

It was nice sitting outside to eat, but the way some of the tables are set up makes it a little challenging to eat. The fish and chips were good. Service wasn’t bad, but could have been a little better. I’ll give it another shot soon!

Great food and great wait staff. We had 30 in our party and service was seamless! Impressed

Brevard County is lucky. From-scratch meals with unique and delicious weekly specials from the local legend Chef Cheyne is not common. This type of restaurant in a city would have a line out the door throughout the weekend. Their sourcing and selection of craft beer and drinks is some of the best in Florida. You could become a regular at Coaster's and still try something new every time. That said, do yourself a favor and become a regular like I have. It's where I have always come back to. Places like this need to stick around.

Coasters Pub & Biergarten is a hidden gem! The food is great and the back outdoor seating area is a nice spot to enjoy the weather. Definitely worth a visit.
-
Great food and great service ! Nikki was a fantastic server and went above and beyond for us.

-Reissdorf: A light, crispy and delicious Kölsch. Greta compliment to a heavy meal, and tasted like you were back in Cologne. -Currywurst: The only complaint is there wasn’t More. The sausage was cooked well, the fries were very crunchy, and the ketchup tasted tangy and right on par for the curry flavor you’d expect. -Bavarian Burger: Wild combo of the worst and burger. The sauerkraut was very mild, and not very noticeable. The burger was cooked well and a very large portion. The service was super quick, very attentive, and we enjoyed the experience.

We went here for lunch recently and I have to say, we probably won't be back anytime soon. We loved the ambiance of the biergarten and had a great time sitting outside, unfortunately, that was the highlight. I'm not sure if the wait staff was understaffed or something of the sort, but it took us a fairly long time to get our drinks, put in our meal orders, and to get our food. At one point, one of us ordered a draft beer and a bottled root beer and it took about 15 minutes. I could understand if it was busy, but there were a lot of open tables both inside and outside. The food also seems far overpriced given the quality with most of it seemingly coming from Sysco. There are much better places in the area to spend your hard-earned money, so definitely look elsewhere.

Me and my son love trying new food around Brevard, we were looking for a nice lunch today after his dentist appointment, and we thought maybe Texas Roadhouse, but then realized we were way too early for that, so we stumbled into Coasters. I've always heard such amazing things about this place but have yet to try it out. Boy am I glad we did! The service upon entry was awesome, we felt so welcomed and the staff were all in great moods! Our server was amazing, I am sad I didn't get her first name because I would love to name drop her right now and praise her service skills, I do know that the ticket said Hernandez when I paid... maybe that'll help lol. She was great, she kept my son laughing, our food came out super quick and it was AMAZZINGGG!!!! We got the Loaded Perogies, and the seafood gumbo, with a slice of key lime pie... It was enough for us to split everything; portions were large and fairly priced, the food I can't tell you enough how great it was. 10/10 Highly recommend giving this place a try! I wasn't out to drink today, but they had a crazy selection of beers on draft & in bottle, I will definitely be back to explore that part of the establishment! Thanks so much for the awesome lunch and great experience, WE WILL BE BACK!

My wife and I came here for the first time with our kids and sat out back—awesome setup. I had the Georgia chicken sandwich and honestly, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. I’d put it up there with anything in Nashville. My wife got the chicken club and loved it too. Our server Jenna was incredible—super friendly, great energy, and didn’t miss a single detail. She remembered our whole order without writing anything down and everything came out perfect. The outdoor area was perfect for the kids—they had a blast on the turf. Overall, 10/10. Definitely a hidden gem and we’ll be back soon.

I was told that the burgers were amazing at Coasters. I will have to disagree. The burgers here are actually amazingly BAD! All of the food we had was either greasy, bland or unappetizing. For the price you pay, you should get a home-run burger but what you actually get is a run-home burger. From what we ordered and tasted I can safely say we will never waste our time and money at this hole in wall burger joint. Place is dirty and not taken care of. And that is how the food look's like. A basic representation of the place and I can only imagine how clean and pretty the kitchen must be. The waitress was very sweet and polite. That is the only thing going good for this nightmarish culinary attempt. Go to Culvers and save money.

Always a huge selection of beers. I like the Ruben, which comes in 2 sizes. The smaller one is plenty big for me.
