Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The newer reviews here read better than the older ones — 4.6 against 3.7. Reviewers who mention service rate this place 4.3 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour.
The split is 20 positive to 2 negative across 22 rated reviews. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (16 reviews). One subject never comes up here: plate size.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (92/100), 8 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on January 28, 2026. Ranked against Indian River County, it is safer than 50% of the restaurants we score. The citations behind that grade include cross-contamination and handwashing.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Everything above is computed from the 22 reviews reproduced below.

Buena comida, buen servicio.

Coming from California I’m happy I found this spot. The surf and turf burrito was perfect and so was the wife’s carne asada plate. Bravo on having excellent tasting food and service.
-
We've gone there many times over the years.Although I must say the last time we were there a few months ago.It was not quite as distinctive in the quality of the food. However it remains a very good value

Always amazing food and the workers are so polite!

Dude!!! This is a great example of basic but awesome Mexican food. This was a reccomadtion from our parents from 30 years ago. They have now expanded and have multiple locations. The service looked good for everyone but us! All of the other servers were on Bunny Speed but we got turtle speed. Who cares! When the food is this good I will be elated with any speed. Awesome Food and would return 100 times!!

Service is terrible!!! Great food!!! Phone never gets answered. Your girls just do nothing except give you attitude, like why are you here. No matter what’s going on they tell u to wait so they can finish there conversation. Too bad food is bomb.

We will not be going back there. Service was poor had to ask 3 times for a fork, ordered a taco and they give my husband a burrito and when we questioned the waiter said oh that's a Mexican taco. Then when the bill came I used a gift card that had a balance of $125.00, I paid 100.32 dollars but when I called for my balance I only had $14.08 balance they took an extra $10.60 and no where does it say on any receipt that there is a service charge. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!
