Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An average is a poor summary when the underlying reviews look like this. The staff tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.4 stars.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 10 of 15. What nobody raises here is whether it is worth the money — it goes unmentioned across all 15 reviews. 11 of 15 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 4 are two or lower.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (92/100) with 2 intermediate and 2 basic violations. That result dates from February 25, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. On health score it sits safer than 47% of the Osceola County restaurants we grade. What the inspector actually wrote up: food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Great service, Grerat food! We'll be back

That’s not like you, Chick-fil-A. I stopped by looking forward to a Frosted Lemonade, only to find out there was no ice cream available. One of your signature treats, and it couldn’t be made. Definitely not the level of consistency I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Hoping this was just a one-time issue!

Great service

The parking lot being a bit hectic because of their closeness to Walmart has to be the worst anyone can say about this location. Compared to other towns, the Saint Cloud Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The service and atmosphere is always 11/10 here. The staff are always friendly. The food is always fresh and on point. It’s always clean inside. They deserve 10 stars!

I came inside Jun 17th at 8pm and the guy cashing me out was super nice but when the lady with glasses in a ponytail wearing a yellow safety belt on i don’t know what it’s called was giving me my food and the cashier, i told him it was to go so he told her and she turned around and starting saying i should’ve packed it myself and laughing then when she gave me it in a bag she just stared at me and looked rude and gave me Attitude

Don’t bother ordering ahead of time, they will start your order when you get there anyway

This is one of the best Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Central Florida area! Best service, food is always fresh, lines move quickly & there are always so many events for the community.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a large mac and cheese, but it was only half-filled. To make matters worse, I couldn't get anyone to pick up, and my voicemail has gone unreturned. I feel like I've been taken advantage of.
