Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Recent diners are rating this place better than the back catalogue suggests. Where how guests are treated comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.7, so it reads as a strength. How food arrives is the next most common subject, in 25% of reviews (averaging 4.0).
5 stars is the modal score, given by 12 of the 16 reviewers who rated. Conspicuously absent: portion size, which no reviewer brings up. Of the 16 rated reviews, 13 sit at four stars or better and 2 at two or below.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (98/100), 2 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. That inspection was on March 5, 2026. The trend across inspections is improvement. Ranked against Osceola County, it is safer than 85% of the restaurants we score. Among the items recorded were dishwashing facilities and plumbing installed & maintained.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Today I went to a different Culver’s while out and about. I must say the St. Cloud store in my neighborhood is impeccably clean, the staff is superb and the food is always perfect! Whoever needs to know this at the other locations, please pass it on and take note. Thank you for doing an awesome job!

All things considered - service, price, value. Culvers is best for burgers. This location is top tier just like all other locations I've been to.

I went through the drive thru, when order was brought out to me only thing said is here you go.

For fast food experience, things are really top notch here. Staff are super friendly and service is consistently good. I love getting to eat burgers again with their gluten free bun that has soft texture that isn't dry.

No one does it quite like culvers

This place used to be great, but it’s been awhile since I have received my full order. Almost like I’m paying for a suggestion and they just give you what they feel like. Weird how when you only order a combo the drink doesn’t come with it.

Been going here for a while and recently it seems the employees have been getting more snooty. I ordered for my family around a $50 order and when I ask for my receipt I get attitude from the cashier. It also seems they cant get the order right. Out of the past 10 times ive been there 6 ive had to go back and have them fix my order. This location used to be good but has gone down hill. Food is decent if you can put up with attitude from the employees.
