I was in the drive thru and was picking up a mobile order for myself and one for another person who wasn’t with me. I also needed to order food for my family. They told me I could NOT order more food. Absolute disaster. Had to quickly buy gas station food for the family. Bad service on Father’s Day. This McDonald’s is terrible. If you order inside it will take at least an hour to get your food. Doesn’t matter the time of day.

I don't understand how just a cheeseburger they get wrong. Ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles and medium fry. What I was given 2 cheeseburgers soaked in Mac sauce with a small fri. 🙄

We went through the drive thru and ordered a cookie tote and when I got it, it was smashed and mushy pieces all over so we went back in and waited ten minutes to get another box and came home and only had 11 in there when it should have 13 so we called them and the person picked up and we told them what happened and they said one moment and they said out loud they found out there was 11 and not 13 and my jaw dropped when I heard they basically tried to scam us

I order the bigmac the bread is so hard i think is really old burguer.

Pleasant staff, consistent quality.

Worst McDonald's ever the employees walk by you and ignore you more than 30 minutes waiting for a mobile order for them to tell me they have to retake my order ask for a manager the manager past by me 3 times and ignore me when ask for a refund the response was I can't do that because is a mobile order while waiting the war giving orders to the wrong people the Uber had to come back 2 times worst..

I placed an online order 45 minutes ago, and when my son arrived at McDonald's to pick it up, he was told by an employee that they never received the order. After he showed them the receipt, the explanation suddenly changed to, “We're just waiting on cookies.” That response was confusing because moments earlier they claimed they had no record of the order at all. I then asked to speak with a manager, but the manager refused to let me explain the situation and repeatedly talked over me whenever I tried to ask questions or get clarification. The manager's explanation was that the order wasn't received because my device was not in the vicinity of the restaurant. I've never heard of such a policy. If that is truly how the system works, then how are customers supposed to place mobile orders for someone else to pick up? It makes no sense that an order would not be processed simply because the person who placed it is not physically present. The lack of communication, conflicting explanations, and inability to speak with management made this a very frustrating experience.

Best Mcdonalds in saint cloud very kind food is always fresh

Ordered 4 meals to go. Got home and the chicken nuggets were not fresh, dry and old. Big Mac patties were cut in 2 pieces and fries were oily. Its rare that i buy any food from fast food establishments for this same reason.

Ordered 2 double fish meals with extras and got 2 regular fish meals with extras. Manager handled situation.

If you are in a rush never go in inside you would wait forever.

Make me wait at the register for an hour for Salt and ketchup so I had to walk on the other side of the register and get it my self the Woman that works there couldn’t understand a word I was saying it’s sad

Horrible drive thru. Waited 30 minutes for 2 McGriddles. I then went inside and asked for a refund, waited another 15 minutes.

Very slow, tons of people working drive thru.

Waited 20 minutes for our breakfast and it came out messed up. Was NOT worth trying to get it fixed.

This is the worst Mickey D's I've ever been to. It's slow, the workers are generally rude and dismissive, dirty and for the time it takes to get your food, it's usually still wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy's instead.

Second time I get my delivery order incomplete. Just fries and drinks. No burgers... and when I call they only offers refund. I paid delivery and tip for just fries and drinks.... unbelievable

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The food was terrible—cold, poorly prepared, and clearly not up to standard. The service was just as bad. The staff seemed unorganized, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping customers. To make things worse, they didn’t even get my order right. I got home and realized items were missing, so I had to drive all the way back just to pick up what I had already paid for. That’s completely unacceptable and a huge inconvenience.

30 minutes in curbside waiting for my order before I went in, another 15 to get refunded bc they hadn't even started it yet. 3rd time with this location. Don't waste your time

This is the slowest McDonalds I've ever been too. App is useless if you have to wait 20 minutes to get a cold cheeseburger

At 68 I have been to many McDonalds and this is by far the worst one I have eaten at. The service was slow and unfriendly with food not tasting anything like it should. We ended up throwing it away. Suggest everyone gives it a miss.
