There is no middle ground in these 15 reviews. Front-of-house tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.3 stars. Freshness and temperature is the next most common subject, in 27% of reviews (averaging 4.0).
Dates on these reviews range from Oct 2025 to Jun 2026. Speed of service shows up in 20% of reviews as well, averaging 5.0. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (10 of 15). The split is 10 positive to 4 negative across 15 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (98/100) with 2 basic violations. The visit behind that grade was October 6, 2025. That puts it ahead of 85% of graded kitchens in Osceola County. For specifics, the last inspection cited food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

I placed an order in April that was delivered through DoorDash with missing food. ALSO - I learned i was overcharged $7 not on my receipt. I filed a complaint and was told store management would contact me 3days. It’s now July, and after six additional follow-ups, I still haven’t received any contact or any indication that the store cares about resolving the issue. Only generic form emails assuring me store management will contact me in 3days. Mistakes happen, but ignoring a customer for two months is unacceptable. With so many other pizza options in town, you’d think this location would at least make an effort to keep customers.

This review is for the Buffet experience on 03/20/26 Buffet hours: is M-F 11am-2pm Cost: $9.99 a person and drinks were an additional $2 with free refills. Great value. It has been about 25 years since I have last had an opportunity to eat a pizza hut buffet as not every location has them. Interest was revitalized by my daughter who discovered it and thought it was cool and hearing stories how enjoying pizza was a reward after an activity or good grades etc when i was a teenager. So I decided to kind of surprise with taking a food adventure to revisit it since she is on spring break and normally wouldn't be able to go to due the buffet hours conflicting with her school hours. Upon arrival we were seated fairly quickly. Tables and lobbies were clean and both the chairs, booths seating were comfortable. Restaurant was at about half capacity and food was being cycled out fairly fast with new items being brought in to enjoy super hot. We personally favorited the pan pizza items that were in the rotation (pepperoni and plain cheese) with my daughter also doing some additional damage to the cinnamon sticks and alfredo pasta. The Highlight I want to bring attention is the staff. Nancy was the kindest and hustler to ensure we had a great experience. We never experienced an empty drink and she was great about letting us know when items we were interested in trying were on the way out to be in rotation so that we would not miss them. @PizzaHut management please recognize this person…

Great atmosphere! It was fun

1 hour and 30mins for my order to be ready. It said it would be ready by 7:45pm and its 8:45pm now. I was standing there about an hour, but im giving good rating because they were sincerely sorry and they gave me credit, plus their food is always good quality here. Edit: Had to make an update. They, A never put the credit on there, or B the Pizza Hut app when change to number log in screw things up and lost the credit. Ether way the food was good but the experience was not and now being lie to made it worst. Since I moved I won't have to order here no longer. Edit

Triple Treat Box I go with my children to pick up and some employee that I wish, I got his name. Tell me don't have non of boxes. However, I can see in the shell two complete packets with possible 100 of them in each one. Even I gave them a 22% tips. I know what I'm giving them next time. Pour customer services. Pizza hut It should be a shame to have this type of employee working there.

There was an issue with my order not being delivered in a timely manner and Makayla was very professional and eager to fix the problem and the pizza and cheese garlic bread was cooked perfectly and was so good so thank you Makayla

The pizza is adequate, but you need to be hungry. The staff is kind and pleasant but occasionally overwhelmed by volume
