ST. CLOUD TWIN

Had my entire experienced ruined. I was humiliated & embarrassed by staff at this theater. Don’t waste your money or your time here. I certainly won’t ever again.

Small theatre with 2 movie rooms and concession stand selling drinks, popcorn and candy. I found the seats to be hard and low. They are not tiered so if you get a tall person in front you will have an obscured view. There is Street parking or parking lot on side street.

I went On May 18Th , To watch the Micheal Jackson Movie , The whole Movie Im hearing noises , After I set my Popcorn in the seat beside me …( I was Sitting in the last row ) I Got extremely suspicious so I opened my flashlight , And there Is when I saw the biggest Rats . yeah Guys , Rats . I reacted In the moment, I walked out with no regrets , Had nothing to say to the workers .

I wanted to spend some quiet time after work, and the service was kind, the prices were affordable, and the place was quiet and peaceful.

If you want to see two movies on the same day, get comfortable, it gave me back pain. However, going to the movies is one of my favorite activities, this cinema is affordable, and the service is always the best.

Homey, no-frills theater. Friendly staff. They show first-run movies. Very affordable, but not fancy.

Absolutely awful. Extremely unprofessional and rude. The overweight guy/ kid aggressively accused my family of sitting in the wrong seats because the family behind us had the wrong seats. Once proven they were ours he walked away. Upon leaving, I requested to speak to the manager. Yet another pompous kid pretending to have any sense of managerial expertise. She "Lily" was rude and dismissive. The rest of the staff x3, 2 females and 1 male, surrounded the counter and rudely interjected multiple times attempting to intimidate me. I made it clear that I was speaking only to the manager and was told to calm down from the male. One female also claimed to be managment as well in an attempt to justify her rude interuptions. I questioned as to who the manager actually was. I then requested said managers name over and over. She refused and kept repeating" you wont let me answer". I requested the owners name, she, "Lily" refused over and over. I again began requesting her name she then spoke to one of the adults I was with, but clearly not involved in the conversation, again dismissing my concerns. Finally, I told her I will formally complain without her assistance. That is when she gave her name as Lily and began yelling "what's your name" to me. Another patron yelled out to the staff "Thanks for ruining our night. Merry Christmas." Indeed. We have only one theatre in St. Cloud. Great movie teather to watch a movie out of the crowd. Located in downtown Saint Cloud. Very affordable price.

Great small town movie theater and great staff. Always friendly and professional.But last night I was next door when a lady was bullying a teenager that works there calling him fat and other things. Just because a teenager that was with the lady left his candy inside and was trying to open the door like a savage and was told not to do that. The lady wants to leave a bad review with a picture of the worker(that is a minor) and keep bullying online.
