Not recommended this location has terrible customer service. The wait time was extremely long, and the manager was very disrespectful. She literally threw my order onto the table in a rude and aggressive way instead of handing it to me properly. On top of that, the front counter is almost always unattended, and there is never anyone available to help customers inside the restaurant. Meanwhile, drive-thru customers continue getting served while dine-in customers are ignored. The staff and management are unprofessional, disrespectful, and clearly do not care about customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. We waited more than 40 minutes for our food, and every time we asked the staff or the manager about our order, they kept saying it was not ready. Meanwhile, customers in the drive-thru were receiving their orders without any problems while people inside kept waiting. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of helping or apologizing, she seemed to mock customers to their faces. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I have come here several times, and this is by far the most unpleasant Taco Bell location I have visited. The restaurant is disorganized, the service is terrible, and the staff attitude makes the experience even worse. They should seriously consider replacing the manager and the entire staff because the current team clearly does not know how to treat customers properly. On top of that, the entire store was dirty and disgusting. The floors, bathrooms, and tables were all filthy and clearly not being cleaned properly. I do not recommend this location at all because of the poor service, long wait times, and rude management.

Very disappointed with my order last night. I ordered the Discovery Luxe Box, which is supposed to include a Triple Double Crunchwrap, Doritos Locos Taco, Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium drink. However, my order was incomplete. I only received the Crunchwrap, a soft taco, and the Cinnamon Twists. Several items were missing, and I didn’t even receive the correct taco or the drink. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. They really need to pay more attention to orders before handing them out.

This is getting ridiculous every time I use door dash or Uber eats to get food from here I'm missing food. Without fail I end up putting a missing item claim through the app and it takes a second time to get my food.

The man on the intercom for the drive thru was rude!!!!! May 9th 1AM

Clean environment and friendly staff

Ate here and got seriously sick within hours, nausea, cramps, and vomiting. This was the only thing I ate, so take that how you want. Definitely made me question their food safety. I won’t be coming back.

I am older with disabilities that are not visible. I can't get accustomed at technology, with the digital android screens to do it your self. I have been getting away from that, because they still retain a register and I choose to go inside to avoid the backed up drive through line. When I approach the counter and for a while. No one checks, so I say excuse me! Aparently The one handling that area, that I don't claim him! For how understaffed. Our fast food places are. Says to me, you have to order from the tablet and would not come to just take my order! So.....very short! Because this could be so so! .....long. ......people, you better learn how to play Xbox, Nintendo, Atari. Because they all have them and there all different and you can not let the hunger cloud your mind!....... and if not, do what many are doing, to leave that problem to the Uber driver!..... .....and don't complain 😌 if your delivery is, a couple fries short!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell (Store #034163) tonight. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I strongly advise others to seek other options until this staff is properly trained in professional etiquette and basic courtesy. We discovered an item we paid for was missing from our order and went inside to resolve the issue. Instead of a simple correction, we were met with suspicion. The on-duty manager at 9:13 PM on April 14 was immature and completely unhelpful. We were told we had to bring the entire bag in to be "checked." The staff then took our food out of our sight to the back, where they proceeded to remove every single meal from the bag to inspect it. After this unnecessary ordeal, they simply stated that the employee was "moving fast" and forgot the item. There was no apology, no empathy, and zero concern for the inconvenience placed on the customer. The lack of professionalism is a disgrace to Taco Bell’s core values, and the owner should be ashamed of the conduct of the workers on this shift. This location is poorly managed and clearly lacks any standard of customer service.

Excellent service. Typical Taco Bell easy access in and off the highway quick service.

I feel bad complaining however the random and rare times we have come here - we always seem to never get what we ordered. Im good with a wait, because I have yet even with 1 or 2 🚗 s not have a long wait time, however if i am going wait please make sure my orders correct and charge me for the correct time. 0/10 would not like recommend.

Sometimes everything comes out great and sometimes they are not so great but overall descent

Everything clean and food was good, but the Card payment was not working at the moment.
