Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Reviews here split hard: 9 five-star against 3 one-star, with little in between. Where service comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.9, so it reads as a strength.
Newer reviews score better than older ones (5.0 recent against 4.6 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. One subject never comes up here: what it costs. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (9 reviews).
The kitchen graded a B (85/100) on 1 high-priority, 1 intermediate, and 4 basic violations at its last inspection, which is roughly where the reviews sit too. DBPR last walked in on June 2, 2026. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 26% of the restaurants we score. The citations behind that grade include in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored and clean clothes.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Great experience. Alex did a fantastic job as our server. Food fast and hot. Portions were huge.

What can I say? It’s cracker barrel! In all its glory! Staff was amazing, the place was clean, the food was right on mark as always. You can’t go wrong with cracker barrel, and this place is a great representation of what a cracker barrel should be. Enjoy!

Very friendly staff!

Ordered from them through DoorDash on Fathers Day to make it an easier morning and the forgot several things or the workers just kept them to eat themselves. VERY disappointed. Whoever’s job it is to pack the orders should be educated on reading orders. Complete waste of $100.

Will not be returning and notifying corporate about the mismanagement at the Titusville Cracker Barrel. We have been going here for years and never had a bad experience until today.

Hate that they redecorated their dining area. Food is just soso now

Absolutely terrible experience at the Cracker Barrel in Titusville. My eggs were overcooked, green, and looked completely unappetizing, with a random slice of cheddar just thrown on top like no one cared. The french toast was only cooked on one side, so half of it was soggy and gross, and the bacon was undercooked. For a place that serves breakfast all day, this was really disappointing. The food quality was awful and it felt like no attention was paid to the meal at all.
