Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An average is a poor summary when the underlying reviews look like this. Front-of-house is the sore point: those reviews average 2.5. Cleanliness follows at 21% of reviews, where ratings average 2.8.
The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (12 of 24). Of the 24 rated reviews, 15 sit at four stars or better and 7 at two or below. Behind those, how food arrives is raised in 17% of reviews (2.5 average).
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (88/100) with 2 intermediate and 6 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. The visit behind that grade was September 16, 2025. On health score it sits safer than 35% of the Brevard County restaurants we grade. For specifics, the last inspection cited employee health knowledge and dishwashing facilities.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Best theatre around! It's better than the AMC in Viera by far.
-
Need new seats, buttons are in the wrong place to adjust your comfort Popcorn was stale
-
The theaters are pretty clean and the seats are comfortable and working . I can not for the life of me figure out why it’s always so HOT and humid though. We used to bring blankets or jackets and now it’s too warm even at the 11 pm showings . There’s never a reason super frustrating

Not bad but why serve liquor at a movie theater????
-
I was not very happy with the experience of going to this theater was told by a representative that all popcorn sizes and all drinks for free refills when going up to get a refill the worker said no refills on these items I was very embarrassed and the worker was very rude so sorry for the bad review but I am truly honest when I leave a review workers are very rude to customers that spend their hard-earned money

Went to see the BTS live event today. Paid $30 plus tax for each ticket. I bought 2 tickets First of all, the theater was dirty. The employees are incompetent and don’t care about doing their jobs. They weren’t paying attention to the live stream. It didn’t start on time nor did they turn the lights down when they decided to start the steam 30 minutes later. A movie goer had to tell them to turn the lights down. The stream freezes up every minute and a half for about 15 seconds this happened for 2 hours. Towards the end the stream just cut off. That was it, we got no ending, it just stopped. Their poor excuse was the stream ending and all they could do was give us tickets to come back to their poor excuse of a movie theater. No, I won’t be back. The tickets don’t compensate for the poor service, the lack of Wi-Fi or the dirty theater. I could only give it a 1 star because they don’t allow zero stars. Don’t waste your money going to this crappy theater!

BTS (3rd date & 13th bday) Live stream was beyond horrible. No explanation from staff why it lagged throughout the entire concert. Didn’t turn off lights till someone went out to tell them. This is nothing to do with BTS this is all on EPIC. Do better for ARMY

I have a theater

Great theatre. Super comfy reclining chairs.
-
When you think of a small town gem, this is it. Well priced, beautifully maintained and extremely comfortable reclining seats, unlike that over priced crap theater, AMC, in Melbourne. Love the EPIC theater

Coolest movie theatre around
-
Went to go see the new scary movie but im also a big fan of he-man so I bought a bunch of the merchandise and Sabrina was such a big help. One of the nicest employees I've ever met and gave me a some additional promotional items for the movie cause she saw me and my family were fans. I only use this theatre but this definitely cements my reasons for why.

1 upon ordering my ticket, apparently some kiosks only take cash, and some only take credit cards, i went to the wrong one because they are not marked. 2 at the concession there is a group of customers, but only one employee working it. 3 a few feet away there is a group of employees standing around chatting that i had to walk around. 4 turns out one of those chatting was the ticket taker, who called me back over to them so she could check my ticket (not at the ticket taker station). 5 assigned seats, i could not sit in the one i picked, and neither could the people who sat in the row in front of me... DO BETTER!

Best theater in the space Coast area
-
Has to be the coolest movie theater I've been to in a long time.
-
The movie was great and comfortable watching.

I am extremely disappointed by the way my family was treated at your theater. A few days prior to this incident, I, as the children's mother and legal guardian, personally granted permission for my children to watch a rated-R movie. Despite this, when they arrived at the theater, they were denied entry and prevented from watching the film. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the inconsistency in how your policies were enforced. On a previous occasion, my children were allowed into the same theater and permitted to watch a rated-R movie without my presence and without anyone requesting additional authorization. However, on this occasion, even after I spoke directly with the manager and explained that I had already given my permission, he still refused to allow my children to see the movie. As a parent, I expect reasonable communication, consistency, and respect when it comes to decisions involving my children. The manager's refusal to acknowledge my parental authority and his unwillingness to work toward a reasonable solution were both frustrating and unacceptable. If theater policy requires a parent to be physically present during a rated-R film, that policy should be enforced consistently at all times, not selectively depending on the day or the employee involved. The contradictory treatment my family received reflects poor customer service and a lack of clear policy enforcement. We spent our time and money expecting to enjoy an outing, only to be turned away…

Full recliner seats!
-
This is a great movie theater with comfy reclining seats and convenient self-service for both tickets and snacks.
-
Only problem is the popcorn, first it was way too salty, now there’s no salt at all!

It’s been a couple years since we have been to this theater. I have to say there has been an improvement. First off the AC’s were cooling the place well. Last time it was so warm in the theater. We saw the latest Star Wars spin off with Grogu and watched it in the XL theater. Great movie and the XL is well worth a couple more dollars. I also liked that all I have to show is the email I received when ordering online. No more using the machines in the theater to get a ticket. Seems like more automation in the food area but it seems like they have more options. I took a few pictures to share. If you haven’t been to our theater in awhile check it out. If you don’t enjoy the new movies these days, they have a nice list of the older stuff they place too. Check with them.

Saw the new Mortal Kombat movie (which I liked a lot). The staff was great. We prepaid earlier and couldn't get the email to load but they were happy and quick to help, got us right in. Popcorn and drinks are pricy but everything is everywhere. It was comfy, clean, great staff and all around great date day!

Felt like I was gonna be sick from how hot it is in the theater. Several people have compla8ned and they said they can't turn the air on because of corporate. Couldn't even focus on the movie because I was too focused on feeling gross and sweaty.
-
The movie theater itself was great. Over half the toilets in the womens bathroom were not flushing so over half of them were dirty. And Please add a changing table to your family bathroom.
