Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The crowd and the kitchen disagree here, and the gap is wide. Service tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.9 stars.
One subject never comes up here: plate size. The split is 28 positive to 1 negative across 29 rated reviews. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (25 reviews).
Set against that, the state's own inspection graded the kitchen an F (56/100), with 4 high-priority, 1 intermediate, and 9 basic violations recorded. Reviews describe the meal; the grade describes the conditions it was made in. DBPR last walked in on March 10, 2026. The trend across inspections is decline. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 3% of the restaurants we score. The citations behind that grade include cross-contamination and in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored.
The practical read: people enjoy eating here, and the kitchen still failed its last inspection. Those are separate claims, and only the second one gets checked by anybody. Everything above is computed from the 29 reviews reproduced below.

It's IHOP. Building, attached to a hotel is dated. Food is fine. Never been a fan of pancake batter in my omelet.
