There is a gap here worth naming: reviewers who talk about cleanliness are harder on this place than the inspector was. Opinion on the staff is split — those reviews land at 3.8 on average. How clean the place looks is the next most common subject, in 24% of reviews (averaging 3.0).
8 of 17 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 5 are two or lower. A third strand, whether food comes out hot, appears in 18% of them at 3.0 stars. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 8 of 17.
That matters because 24% of reviews raise cleanliness and rate it 3.0 on average — a complaint the inspection record does not support, since DBPR graded the kitchen an A (91/100). That result dates from January 22, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 45% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: cross-contamination.
This is a listing where the two measures each tell half the story. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

In the past 3 months , every time I go, the ice cream machine has been broken. How is that possible?
-
This is the smallest Mc Donald's I've ever been to but their food is the best I've ever had
-
This is the best McDonalds to go too. Food is always hot and they never get my order wrong.
-
This is the best McDonald's in town. They are friendly, helpful and just genuinely good people. I will drive across town to come to this McDonald's. Awesome everytime!!
-
The total was $14.52 i gave $20.50 why would i receive $5.98 back? They take away the penny and round up or down so it makes zero sense to not just give a dollar??? I don’t understand

The service was friendly. We waited a very long time in the drive through. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and hard.

This is a big mac

On Saturday, I had the pleasure of being served by a young man named Dereck. How delightful it is to hear a young person speak about God! We need more young people like you—and thank you for bringing me my food. 🙏

The staff was helpful and friendly. Store was vary clean. But i did see my meat was a little under cooked so i tried to tell someone. I'm not sure, but i think they were either a (corporate) or some owners family member, but they immediately started with rude comments. Then, when I asked them why, they pretended to deescalate by not answering any questions and we're very uncaring that i said i would not come back. I have been going to that store longer than the current owner has owned it. It's sad you would think that they would want return customers and just thank me for the update on the food. if given a thank you and i would have just moved on my day with both side happy. I did take a picture of them but, I will not post it, to me that would be to rude. Just please care about the people and customers of Titusville and we will take care of you.

I don’t even know where to begin with this place, but if disappointment had a physical location, it would be this McDonald’s. Every single visit feels like a gamble, and somehow they always manage to lose. Let’s start with the food—if you can even call it that. Orders are almost never correct. You ask for something simple, like no pickles or extra sauce, and somehow it turns into a completely different meal. Fries? Either stone cold like they’ve been sitting out for hours or so over-salted you feel like you just drank ocean water. Burgers are slapped together like whoever made them was in a race to finish as fast as possible, with zero care about quality or presentation. And the wait times? Unreal. You can pull up thinking you’re getting “fast food,” and end up sitting there long enough to question your life choices. The line barely moves, and when you finally get your order, it’s wrong anyway—so now you either go back through the line or walk inside, where things somehow get even worse. Customer service is practically nonexistent. It feels like you’re an inconvenience just for showing up. Simple questions get attitude, requests get ignored, and don’t even think about trying to fix a mistake without getting a sigh or an eye roll in return. It’s like basic courtesy is completely optional here—and they chose not to include it. Cleanliness? Also questionable. Tables left dirty, trash overflowing, and floors that clearly haven’t seen a mop in a while. It gives off the vibe that…

We were greeted with smiles and kindness. The restaurant is “very” clean. The music was a good choice and the atmosphere was refreshing.

Went by here on 3/27/26 for lunch. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal, fries with no salt, and Dr. pepper. My Wife had the $5 McChicken meal. She wanted a the regular, but she said hers was spicy. As you can see from the pics, my first cheeseburger has burned patty meat on the bun, but the second on looked a lot better. My fires was a little light in the container, it was more like a small fry. Even though the chicken was spicy, and I feel like they cheated me out some fries, I would say give this location a try. The staff was nice, and service from drive-thru was not long at all.

Food was actually eatable this time. I ordered a caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle and received a frappe with no drizzle and the whipped topping almost completely melted. When the older lady set it down for pickup she snapped at me that "they don't do extra drizzle anymore!" I only come to this location because its close to my work but after last several times I do not think I will be coming back to this location. I have tried to give benefit of doubt because I have worked at a McDonald's before but I have wasted too much money here to not get what I order.

Couldn't here Guy at the speaker. Once we got to the window he was very nice. Verified our order. Order was correct, but window lady, not happy at all. Went in to use bathroom, eeeeeeee.
