Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The inspection record is the stronger half of this page. Service is the sore point: those reviews average 2.4. Pacing is the next most common subject, in 39% of reviews (averaging 2.6).
If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (10 reviews). Freshness shows up in 22% of reviews as well, averaging 2.8. Newer reviews score better than older ones (3.3 recent against 1.5 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (97/100) with 1 intermediate violations. DBPR last walked in on September 19, 2025. That puts it ahead of 68% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. The citations behind that grade include food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

Best McDs I have ever been. Quick, kind, and correct order. Amazing!
-
I get off work around 2 to 3 am. I have a very long commute home. I've tried 5 times now to grab a bite after work only to be met with "We're closed". Every time, really? Cold cheese on the burgers, soggy oily fries. Shut it down.

They were rude. Nasty attitude and didn't even give me all my food.

I come to McDonald’s every night and Ronnia is always working super hard and is always polite, my wife and I appreciate her for always being nice, she does an awesome job. Thanks Ronnia!!

Love this Establishment everybody is so sweet and welcoming every time I come in. I can tell whenever they are short staffed they still try to attend to all the customers the best if their abilities!
-
Every time I go there, this overnight manager always has an attitude and her hair is never in a hair net and is barley pulled back and is basically down aswell as its all over the place while handling the food, she's messed up my order a couple of times now, I don't know her name but she's the black girl that has a tattoo on her forearm

It’s supposed to be open 24 hours; I came to pick up an order at 3:57 a.m., and the gentleman told me they were closed. Lazyyyyyy people

Six dollar sandwich. At this point just go to Chick-fil-A guys.

Went inside twice in two days! The second time, the staff completely ignored me. Do better!

Greeted with a smile every time, food is always hot, fast service and there ice cream machine works 🤩
-
Servers are terrible but took forever to get my food was missing a fry amd had to wait a long time to finally recieve my food. By far the slowest experience ever ever had.

Haven't ate at McDonald's in months. Typically only eat here if I have no other option. Today I didnt feel like cooking breakfast so I decided that maybe McDonald's isnt all that terrible. Boy was I wrong. Spent $9.57 on two egg mcmuffins. The sandwiches were like trying to chew on a tire. Outside of Wendy's putting literal egg shells in a breakfast burrito, the egg Mcmuffins are the nastiest sandwiches ive ever tried to eat. Keep up the good work, as the value and quality of your food keeps me at bay!

Despite being a 24/7 establishment, McDonald’s consistently advertises its closure between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Consequently, I have shifted my business to Waffle House.

Sometimes have to wait for fresh food or special orders but hey, the fresher the better. They're still quick and Yummy!!
-
Waited 20+ minutes in the drive through for 3 fries. Never in my life have I waited that long for even a big meal at McDonald’s. Currently in the car waiting for them … Do not eat here.
-
everytime we come to this mcdonalds, we end up waiting in this line for at the very least 30 minutes, and the order ends up being wrong. maybe if they actually did better with timing, then i’d go back to this one.

Waited 30 minutes in line and we finally get our food and it’s cold all of it. Still and will always be the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too.

I’ve been to this establishment many times but this time in particular was very different. My food came out wrong several times despite my receipt saying exactly what I ordered. Along that note there was a younger lady with blonde hair (I believe her name was to be Maddie as I previously overheard other staff members saying) who thought my experience was rather funny. She was perpetually laughing at me. I understand messing up an order one time but multiple times in a row is just flat out unacceptable. I also spoke with the manager Vanessa who was short and rather heavy-set (bless her soul) at first she was nice about it but then she started laughing with this Maddie lady. This was extremely disheartening and I just wanted my food properly made as I paid for it. Do better for your customers safety and security!
