Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Diners are harder on this place than the health inspector was. Reviews that raise speed of service average just 1.9 stars — this is where the complaints concentrate. After that, how guests are treated appears most often — 35% of the corpus, averaging 1.3.
6 of 23 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 16 are two or lower. More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 13 of 23. What nobody raises here is whether it is worth the money — it goes unmentioned across all 23 reviews.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (97/100), with 3 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from November 19, 2025. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 68% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. What the inspector actually wrote up: garbage and refuse.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Panda needs bigger kitchens and more cooks to keep the line going & food given on time, instead of people pil8ng up waiting for food to be cooked and no one is there to help uber drivers with deliveries, because everyone looks like they're waiting for something! CEO of Panda, think more efficiently!!!

Pickup orders are never ready on time. Pretty normal to wait 30-40 minutes for them to get it ready. It’s almost always faster to just order in store
-
An hour wait for my food…. I left because groceries were getting warm. And they still charged me through my online order and I didn’t get my food. Ridiculous.

This location is run like such garbage. There’s no structure between takeout and dine in customers. The employees just run around haphazardly throwing food in boxes while people wait and wait.

Food doesn't taste like the food it should be

the food was your ordinary panda. got there at 11:50 waited till 12:20 for my food watched as they made new food that i asked for and then hand it out to the rush rather then the people waiting unacceptable.

Kaitlyn was extremely rude in front of other customers. I should have gotten my meal comped for that alone. But their only response (the other crew who saw it) was silence. Not a word of apology. Tafa the GM was not on duty but I don't know what she would have done differently. I gave them another try tonight and it took 15 minutes around 910 pm to 930 pm to cook some steamed super greens and some sweet sour chicken. The worst part was that when it was finally done my other item, the honey sesame chicken was OLD and STONE COLD. Then they threw super greens into the spaces for the protein to give me even less for my money while hiding it UNDER the chicken. So when I got home, no surprises the plate was super light and low calorie. Hunter and his other front of house server said "it's just like that sometimes with some items"... No apologies, no attempt to make it right. Nothing. The quality here is dead. The SERVICE is horrible and no one seems to give a damn about it. Oh well. Don't go there and expect much from these people. They will let you down every time. Oh and if you're not happy at your job, find someplace else to work. Don't make customers join your misery. A lot of you make more than they do.

If you look at my panda app I have been to panda express across the country because of my job. This by far is the worst one I have been to. I thought ordering online would be faster . Oh boy was I wrong. The girl doing the meal was chatting with the person in the back and then when I approached about my her tone was quite rude and abrasive. I have worked in customer service for over 3 decades and the overall feeling i received from this resturant was cold and un feeling and they just don't want to be there and dont want to help people.

if your delivery driver, the orders are almost never ready, especially the evenings where it can take 10 to 20 minutes just to get a single order. I've been delivering from this restaurant in quite some time now, and despite new staff, the problem remains the same. Edit: The service hasn't improved, and I recommend delivery drivers stay away from this location on the weekends. Further edit: they wait until guests leave the building to work on mobile orders, making the waits even longer.

Kaitlyn is always rude and has an attitude it’s a shame on every occasion!!! Regular customer here so this is no BS Kudos to the girl at the register who helped complete my order Hopefully Karolyn attitude improves, everyday is a new day but I probably won’t be back for a while If asking for the darker pieces of teriyaki chicken upsets you that bad cook it longerrrrr…. (S/N: Purchase family meal on all visits)

Twice in row my Uber Eats order was missing my Teryaki sauce and my cream cheese ragoons. Do better
-
I hope you like to wait. Sit down takes forever. They prioritize to go orders and won't take in person orders even if your first in line. Ridiculous wait times. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Whoever just walked off their shift because you were supposed to leave at 530- you left in the middle of a huge rush and everybody you left behind on that line was cussing you out. Especially hg on the grill. She was big mad. DoorDash had 30 tickets printed. Line out the door. I hope you still have a job, girl. Good luck.

This place is a joke, poor management. Waited 30 minutes for chicken teriyaki when all the employees were just standing around chatting. Never coming back
-
They are a hit or miss. Yesterday they missed. Horrible food with a side of horrible attitudes
-
All I got to say :is this place is Awsome who doesn't love some 🦐 shrimp and chicken!!

The wait is too long to pick up food. Counter is set up poorly to serve food fast. Staff is slow and overwhelmed due to the bad set up to service customers. Viera is twice as busy and its pretty much in and out die to the proper set up and staff hassles. I hesitate to go here, especially weekends due to the slow service. The owner looses money every day due to the bad set up.
