QUALITY INN KENNEDY SPACE CENTER

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable my sister felt every spring in her back. The normal bed had bed bugs i got multiple bed bug bites on my legs everywhere. Under the couch was extremely dirty. The floor had dead bugs on it.

Clean and safe hotel. Affordable for night or 2 travel or weekend joinery.

Clean but in rough area of town. 2nd shift guy super friendly, spoke very good English. In morning had to ask for more supplies!

Ok people reviews are very nit picky for a $60 a night room. Yeah it's an older place, weathered decor not perfect but I just need a place to sleep. If you want perfection pay for it there are a few other hotels in the area for $120 or $220 per night. My room was clean the beds were comfortable plenty of pillows, crisps sheets and lots of towels. Pool was clean and refreshing, staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was carbs and coffee, tasty and filling never want those powdered eggs and grease soaked bacon pans lol besides there is an IHOP across the street. Ok this is Florida crickets and palmeadow bugs can get in anywhere. It's a descent place to stay for a few nights for sleep and a swim lots of stuff to do or go to in area I gave it a 4 star for it is what I paid for.

Booked a room and reserved a roll away bed, when we got to the hotel they claimed there wasn’t a rollaway available, wouldn’t check us in, and gave a customer service number to call. After calling, a rollaway bed magically was available. No elevator for second floor, multiple people smoking outside of nonsmoking rooms. Floor was dirty, air conditioner was poor, and only 3 towels in the room made for 4 guests. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, toast/bagels. Plates and silverware were by the waffle station which was always crowded and made it difficult if you forgot to grab one. While it was ok for one night, will not stay there again.

Excelente experiencia. Quedamos muy conformes con nuestra estadía. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy limpias, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El servicio del personal fue excepcional, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y la ubicación resulta muy conveniente. Sin duda, es un hotel que ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio y al que regresaríamos con gusto en una próxima visita. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

They charged my credit card twice been staying there about three time's a year on the way to cruise ship now every time I go there it's someone new called talk to the same person who checked me in now they playing dumb going back July stop there and give somebody hell want stay there again

Nice rooms, deep bathtub, no complaints at all.

My daughter and I stayed here because we were going to the Kennedy space center, very good location if you are doing that. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and their breakfast is just your basic continental breakfast but everything was good... I would definitely stay here again....

Service is good but pretty old rooms with poor maintenance

I stayed here 3 nights and it was fine! The rooms were ok and the Mngr Jay Patel let me check in early and was very friendly. The breakfast was ok good coffee and a waffle machine to make my own fresh waffles. I would definitely stay here again and the rates were great!

Very disappointed. The room was not as clean as it should have been. Stains on the coverlet, lumpy worn out pillows, dust and dirt along walls and baseboards, behind tv stand, etc.

Patel at the front desk was super helpful. He helped me print a new Luggage tag! The showers have been updated. The bed seem newer. The continental breakfast was lacking in gluten-free options, but they had plenty of bagels, toast, and waffles. The pool itself was clean but the patio needs to be cleaned, but really it was a great little place if you got a good rate!

Pretty great, awesome pool, but the room had a musty smell when we came in. Other than that, 10/10

Positive: Good beds-slept well. Parking close to room. Negative: It was not clean-yard or room. It smelled strongly of dog pee. Windows and floors weren’t clean. Very minimal breakfast.. structure Nneeds upgrades…

I’d never stay here again. All the trash cans at the pool were overflowing. We didn’t just come at a bad time: They were like this both days we stayed. Bird droppings were also all over the pool area and there was a lot of … something … floating around the bottom of the pool. Staff cleaning out rooms left giant trash bags lying around for an extended period of time. I got stung by a yellow jacket walking by one pile of trash to get to my room. There’s trash all through the trees and bushes by the parking lot. Rooms are okay, but smell very musty. The free breakfast isn’t anything to stand in the cramped line in the lobby for, so we just wanted to IHOP. The only value to staying here is it was close to the Space Center, the high way, and restaurants. There are a lot of other options near by to choose from, so book ahead of time so you don’t get stuck here.

Not much around which leads to quiet days. Very quaint, quiet, and “nice” town. Everyone seems so nice here….

Great budget hotel, clean rooms but no elevator. This was an old hotel acquired under the choice brand.

They charge me $305 for two nights. The rooms were nasty. The AC didn’t work right we had it down to 68 to keep us cool. This is the worst experience I ever had with the quality in they stuck way back in the corner in room 147 cigarette butts are all over right outside the door. It was very nasty.

The floor in the room was very dirty and was still dirty after we told management. No anti slip surface in the very narrow tub. They politely listened to our complaints but nothing was done. Stayed 3 nights.

We stayed last night just for a night. Great and helpful staff. Comfy beds and amazing pool. Breakfast was good.

Quality Inn you take a $100 refund right away from my account for just one day.. but to get my $100 back take days and days.. are you serious. I was my first time in your hotel and the last time.!!! Don’t play with customers money.
