Top tier customer service, the gentleman who took our order through the drive through made our night. He truly seems to love his job and made our experience on in a million.

The environment was extremely gross, the lobby was extremely dirty and the place stunk like cow poop…they weren’t busy at all got a small order wrong and the burgers were extremely old they were like the size of a sausage patty just a lot thinner and smaller and burnt…I would never go back, no ice in the lobby, just disgusting.

Make sure you get a receipt most of the time have to go in to get it they never give it to you at the drive through they say they can't print it. They never give you all the items you ordered have to check the bag every time. And then will be rude when you ask for the food you paid for and this is a constant problem.

Don't waste your money. The workers will purposefully mess up your order every time. The cooks need to be fired.

Daughter went for interview, Manager wasn't even there. Planned on eating there, but we left.

They had no pies available. They said we have to get them ready. I would think something like this should be ready through out the day. Why would they wait till someone orders them to get them ready. She said it takes 13 min to get them ready.

Ordered fish sandwich to go,,had no cheese, and wrong sauce for our chicken nuggets

Fries are always cold. Forget about ordering extra topping on the Sunday, you won't get it. Ronald McDonald would be ashamed of this place!!! Take your business elsewhere.

On Saturday 5/2/26 my husband and I went through the drive-thru. We ordered 1 large breakfast meal made regular ,large Diet Coke and two sausage egg and cheese McMuffins. We special ordered the muffins to be microwaved and not toasted( because your toasters burn them)We received the order and both of them were toasted , thats okay husband went into get them replaced. The manager refused to make them again. Her statement was “ we cannot serve uncooked food” we have this done at every other McDonald’s. First off they are already cooked before toasting not just dough. The manager on staff between 8:00 and 8:30a.m. was very unprofessional, snarky, and as my husband was leaving she saying in a sugary sweet fake way” have nice day”. He came back out and took all the food and drink back in for a refund $19.25 to be exact. I just checked our bank and she only refunded $8.55. I know people up high in management in Florida and will be reporting this situation to them and maybe McDonalds needs to retrain their management. Update: I went to the website provided to answer more questions, it say website not found. Ask me if I am shocked. NOPE McDonalds you have to do better!

Messed up my ordered and the female manger trainee was ride

Went into order waited 30 minutes to get my food and I ordered a sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle and they didn’t even put egg or cheese on it

We only continue coming to this location because it’s close and we enjoy the interactions we have with only TWO of your employees. One is a woman who is almost always working at the speaker taking orders she’s a slimmer woman, she is so friendly to me and my boyfriend and also very quick but efficient at her job! (You’re awesome it’s the couple with the new baby if you see this review 🫶) the other is a younger guy whose always funny and upbeat at the speaker, truly is much better than the typical “what do you want 😐” Besides that there’s been plenty of times items are missing, us having to wait ridiculous long for our order, employees who don’t even speak to you AT ALL! I understand food service sucks and that work sucks in general, but yall gotta learn to put on a fake smile and at least greet your customers, side note, yall close early, been two nights in a row we came in there (I’ll be fair it was about 10-15 minutes before actual closing time) we pull up to the window and nothing at all, it was a bigger guy working that night because he saw him inside 😔 had to go over to Taco Bell and they immediately greeted us and got our food despite it being 6 minutes before closing. Things like that stick.

The evening staff at this location do not seem to care about customers. The heavyset burger maker lacks the ability to read. Then when he makes a mistake cause of his inability to read he chooses to cut corners rather than remake it. The woman at the drive through pay window seems to always have an attitude towards female customers. It's wild that someone with food allergies has to CONSTANTLY have their food remade cause nobody wants to pay attention to the grill order and just make whatever they want. How hard is it to NOT put cheese on a burger?!?!

Hands down the worst McDonald’s. Parked for 15 minutes to get uncooked food. Disgusting and not the first time.
