AMC THEATRES INDIAN RIVER 24

The seats are very uncomfortable and they all have body odor smells on them. They don't recline like other movie theater seats do.

We had an awesome time watching Toy Story 5 comfortably with the perfect seats we ordered in advance online. However, $66 additional for popcorn, drinks, and a special kids popcorn container was a little expensive!!

The theater continues to be an excellent experience. There is construction at the mall however it is 1/4 of a mile away and has no impact at all on the Theaters

I went to this location because we were meeting friends. I quit going to the AMC near me, because it's so rundown. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The place was clean as well. AMC was always my preferred theatre, until I moved here. I quit going to the AMC by me because it is not clean. If I'm in the area, I will visit the Vero Beach location.

This place needs a renovation real BAD. The seats are sticky and gross. Every time I come I feel like I'm contracting scabies or worse. The concessions are good and the employees are friendly and helpful but those seats...make me want to throw a blanket down before sitting. Especially in shorts! Gross!

I was preemptively chastised when entering the theater. A front desk worker named Kaiser told me and my group of adults well into their 20s that we need to be quiet and courteous in the theater. They explained that there was some incident the day before, but to me, this does not make it acceptable to "give a whole spiel" as they put it before letting me finalize my movie ticket purchase. I have not once had a worker at a movie theater lecture me like I'm a child before letting me select my seat until now. I immediately felt unwelcome and belittled. The other workers that night and the many others I've watched a film there were all kind and friendly. The space is well maintained. The bathrooms are in immaculate condition. The sodas are always low on syrup when I'm there, but it's a small price to pay for a clean and well maintained theater with staff that are generally very personable.

Using the app is incredibly convenient and useful during the check-in process, ticket staff at the entrance were friendly and quick, I would give five stars for that. However, the seats in the theater felt disgusting. I had a hard time focusing on the movie because I was so distracted by the gross feeling of the seat on my skin. I noticed someone carrying a beach towel out who was leaving a movie on my way in and now I understand why. I won’t return without wearing full length pants and shirt or bringing something to cover the seat.

The construction made the place look a little messy, but kids had a blast watching the Mario galaxy movie, we had the theater all to ourselves and we are definitely coming back.

It’s wild that this place is charging a $5 "convenience fee" just to pick a seat. This theater makes reserved seating mandatory anyway, you’re basically paying a bs fee. The whole theater feels super old and outdated, but they still want top-tier prices. Don’t even get me started on the concession stand, they want a fortune for snacks, and the only way to "save" money is to sign up for their $20/month subscription. A total cash grab. No wonder nobody goes here anymore.

I came to this movie theater to see Superman, the chairs are Not comfortable. My kids were also complaining about the chairs. We love going to movie theater, unfortunately the owners will not fix these things.

Am from New Jersey so we pay 18$ to 24$ for a ticket therefore, I really liked the 8$ movie ticket overall I had a great experience...

Nice to have the The AMC Movies Indian River 24 is located inside the Indian River Mall in Vero Beach, which the Mall is schedule to undergo a big renovation soon. The movies are a theater complex featuring 24 screens and stadium seating. Like many movie theaters it is starting to show it's age and the concession prices are high, but we are glad to have it so close!
