We ate at the bar and the bartender/waitress was super. Restaurants need more employees like Barbara.

I have not been to Carrabba’s in quite a while and thoroughly enjoyed my lunch visit. My waitress Barbara was excellent, very attentive, engaging and professional. She told us about the $6 Sangria special and I actually ordered two. They were delicious and refreshing on a hot afternoon in Florida. Love the atmosphere when you walk into the restaurant, very inviting. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich which was very dry and too much bread. Side salad was good. I will “definitely” go back and will tell everyone about the Sangria special on Tuesday’s. Menu has a large selection, I will choose something other than chicken parm sandwich next time:)

Here in the Hotel and once again extremely disappointed with you guys, no utensils and all, how am I going to eat? With my hands?! If a plastic fork it’s too expensive, you can charge me extra for that.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Carrabba's Italian Grill. The service I received did not meet my expectations, as communication was limited and some concerns were not handled as professionally as I had hoped. The overall experience felt rushed and left me frustrated. I hope the restaurant can focus on improving customer service and ensuring guests feel valued and heard.

Our waitress Barbara treated us fantastic, and made us feel like family. What a good server. she is an asset to Carrabba’s. Hope when I come in again, I will get her.

My husband and I enjoy this place so much. Every time we go, the food is excellent and the service (Robin) is fantastic. We managed to get the same server and we were happy about it. Plus they have a take home special that is hard to beat. We will be returning. The drinks are a little pricey so, you may want to have cocktails at home first.

Barbara at Carrabba’s Italian Grill made my lunch experience excellent today. I ordered the salad and sandwich combo, and everything was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. Barbara was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed without being overbearing. Great service can make all the difference, and she definitely went above and beyond. I’ll be back again soon! thanks, Barbara!

Wonderful experience last night at Carrabbas in Vero Beach FL. Our server Kelley was fabulous. We’ve been going there for years and she was the best. Friendly, efficient, attentive. Of course the meals were great as always.

5 Stars all around for my visit last week at Carrabba's!! Our waiter TIM was amazing, he was patient, kind, informative and so much more. First he started off with 2 waters for my husband and that was just a bonus, because he had no clue that my husband is a heavy water drinker at restaurants. Then when ordering our food I asked his favorite dishes and he went into great detail on the options and ingredients he likes. Then when ordering my 4 year old's food he had it sent out first without us asking (huge bonus points since toddlers aren't so good at waiting). Of course my toddler got upset that my pasta looked better then hers haha, Tim asked her what was wrong and came right back out with a pasta just like mine for her to make her happy. All in all Tim is amazing, he went above and beyond the entire dinner and we couldn't thank him more for a great experience. So sad that were missing this in all restaurants. Next time you dine in make sure to ask for Tim - he will not disappoint.
