An A inspection result sits behind a review average of just 2.6. Front-of-house is the sore point: those reviews average 2.6. Wait times follows at 38% of reviews, where ratings average 2.1.
No one in this corpus comments on value for money at all. The single most common rating left here is 1 star (9 of 21). Of the 21 rated reviews, 7 sit at four stars or better and 11 at two or below.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (99/100), with 1 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. The visit behind that grade was April 15, 2026. Ranked against Indian River County, it is safer than 86% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained.
If cleanliness is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Excellent options for a quick and healthy dinner (or lunch) with fresh ingredients, usually made within 10 minutes if you're picking up your online order. Great service and kind staff!

Here's a polished version of your review that keeps your frustration clear while making it easier for others (and management) to read: I normally love Chipotle's food, but the experience at this location was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I arrived around 9:30 PM and waited in line for about 30 minutes while only one employee was taking orders. When I finally got to the front at 10:00 PM, I was told they were out of both steak and honey chicken—the only two proteins I usually order. When I asked how long it would take to make more, the only response I got was, "a while." What frustrated me most is that no one informed customers waiting in line that these items were unavailable. Instead, people were left standing there for 30 minutes only to find out when they reached the counter. Since there weren't many other food options open nearby, I decided to stay and see if more steak would be prepared. While waiting, I watched the employee cooking and noticed multiple items being burned on the grill. Around 10:15 PM, I asked again if there would be more steak available. After about 15 seconds of being ignored while employees looked directly at me, I asked, "So is that a yes or no?" The employee finally responded that there was only enough steak left for half a portion. I pointed out that the restaurant still had 45 minutes before closing, and the response I received was simply, "Yes, I know." The entire interaction felt disrespectful and dismissive. It seemed like…

We were number 8 in line. It took 40 minutes for us to start our order. The employees have no drive to work. One woman on the food assembly who you could see is overworked, male cashier just waiting there for someone to pay instead of helping the other employee, other employees just walking from front to back. Management sucks.

I just moved here and this place feels like home I loved the food

I order at least once a week from Chipoltle. Same salad with same meat, beans, brown rice, salsa, corn every single time. 8 out of 10 times order is wrong. Tonight I got cheese that I'm allergic to, white rice instead of brown and it was a bowl not a salad with iceberg lettuce I don't eat. Tried to call to get a refund and no answer just an answering machine. Do better.

I had an error with my app during a busy rush and the manager treated me so kindly! Highly recommend this location.

Waited in-line for over 20 minutes, when it’s my turn to order there’s no chicken and no fajita vegetables. The two things I’m there to order. They tell me it’ll be an additional 7 to 8 minutes. Obviously they prioritize online orders instead of in person because if I ordered this online, they would’ve had it when I arrived, instead, I wait in line for 20 minutes and can’t get what I want to eat for dinner after a 10 hour workday. Also every table in the place was absolutely filthy. Thanks Chipotle!

The pick up option needs work , pickup is supposed to be for convenience but it ends up being a longer wait than the line ..
-
Could do without the extremely loud music.

The 18 yo female who handed me my to-go order literally turned her head as she handed me the bag and walked back to her station. I didn’t exist to her. I left feeling totally unappreciated as a customer. Got home and found they messed up my order and my wife’s.

Rude cashiers, the inside seating tables are always dirty, you can never get everything you want in a bowl due to them being out of things. The owners of this restaurant should make visits to see how their restaurant is being run or hold people to better standards before the health department visits... peak dinner time 1 person making food, 6 other people just walking around with a line to the door.... poor management AND THE ONE THAT AMAZES ME... OUT OF ALMOST EVERYTHING DURING PEAK DINNER TIME!
-
Pick up order and they completely forgot an entire burrito. How incompetent....
-
The line is put the door and they literally have 2 people behind the. Counter Hire more people

Good bang for your buck

Food good, service good, music so loud the server got my order wrong. I mean I was a rock musician for 55 years and I don't understand why it would be loud enough to have to shout your order over the counter. It's not Coachella after all. Turned it down after a few county sheriffs came for lunch. It's good to have a badge. Any case, I kept the wrong order because it was only corn that was added erroneously and it was fine.

Yummy food: carnitas, onions, avocado, sour cream, black beans, lettuce.
-
Awful location. Terrible staff with terrible attitudes. Always complaining that they want to go home. Unkind and the food is always old
-
Food is great but it takes them way too long to make the food. Slow, slow, slow service. Waiting in line for 25 minutes plus is unacceptable for a faster food option. Been here many times and it’s pretty consistent with speed. Other locations I have been to are way faster.
-
Service is awful. Portion sizes are all over the place and they mess up charge totals when you don’t get extra food. Miss this spot
-
Always on point.
