MCDONALD'S

Trash all the way around customer service sucks every time I go inside to eat with my kids you could literally be going up to the counter just for a refill and people would just ignore you and continue on making other orders times I see people just standing there waiting long periods of time just to get their food there is also a gentleman that works there I don't know if he's a manager but he always has an attitude every single time that he's working I always try to avoid coming to this McDonald's for that specific reason I'd rather drive 10 more minutes down the road to the other McDonald's on US1 then spend my money at this McDonald's big thumbs down 👎👎👎👎

Manager was rude and said it wasnt McDonald's when I called from website. Kids at window constantly calling me BOSS, which I know is an insult where im from. A was called boss 4 times at the window and obviously manager didn't care to address. Sir, not BOSS. Called website number 3xs and it supposedly wasnt McDonald's, sad.

This was by far the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in. The service was excellent and fast. The food was hot and fresh. Great job.

Fries were soggy and nobody was here. I believe I saw one of the cashiers ladies digging in their nose right as I was pulling up to the window… definitely threw the food in the trash !!!!!

They never get the order right. I ask for plain lettuce tomatoes and pickles. Every time it comes with condiments on it. Granted they will fix it but not the point.

Walked in to get a quick bite to eat and the cashier that took my order was a disaster gave me the wrong order twice please train your cashier to listen when customer are telling them what they want to order this is the second time this happen at this location

Place wasn’t even busy yet not a single employee acknowledged my presence at the counter waiting for my mobile order which was already prepared and on the rack, staring right at me. Several employees looked right at me and just ignored me. I had to physically get a manager to get my order. When I did finally get it, food was colds missing napkins and condiments. I won’t be coming back here ever again. If I could give a 0 I would. SUPER UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL! There are several other locations in this town, don’t waste your time or money on this crap

Question? Why McDonald's employees don't use gloves when dealing with food? Especially the fries?

The amount of time it takes the front staff to acknowledge delivery drivers or customers is crazy.

The people running this store need fired. I never leave a comment like this.
