I went through the drive through so I don't know about the inside but the service was good and the food was good. It didn't take me too long at all to get my food

I visit this McDonald’s quite often, and it is easily one of the best fast-food experiences in the area. The staff here is consistently polite and super friendly, which makes every visit a pleasant one. ​What really sets this location apart, however, is their consistency. The service is always incredibly quick, and—most importantly—my order is always perfect. I honestly cannot recall a single time they have gotten something wrong. I live a bit of a drive away from this location, so being able to rely on them to get specific, customized orders correct every single time is a huge deal for me. ​It is truly refreshing to see such a friendly, positive, and exceptional team running a fast-food chain in our local area. Highly recommended!

The single best McDonald's in Florida bar none. Bri, (who I assume is the Manager here) took charge immediately and considerately to rectify a very specific issue I had with a previous order. She is the single most considerate and generous fast food worker I've ever met. On top of that another employee, an older gentlemen, even held the door open for me as I came here. Everyone had smiles and it was all around just an uplifting and positive atmosphere, a genuinely rare thing to find in a McDonald's.

Horrific customer service. Cold food, and not a care n the world. Even for McDonald's this is embarrassing.

So slow need to be off thier phone when i pay they watching or talking on the phone like just take my payment

Well the last three Quarter Pounders I've had are back to crap. Barely warm, dried out, pressed down and half stale bread... back 6-8 months ago I got a few really good ones juicy, soft bread but not lately

I was ignored at the drive through

We drove in the drive thru and they refused to serve us stating we drove in the wrong way, then shut off All the lights to the drive thru. It was 7pm on a Friday night. We took our business elsewhere, meanwhile I was buying for a family of 8. Bad attitude, bad business, get your act together over there.

Nasty staff, not coming back to this location. Absolutely deplorable the ways the seem to think its okay to treat people. How hard is it to work at McDonald's? If you dont like your job get another one.

Food cold called back manager said she don’t know how it’s cold when I’m the one eating it I microwave the same pancakes at and I the difference by the texture of the pancakes. I visit here all the time but told today she really played with me like I didn’t know what I’m taking about.

Every time I place a mobile order here it's a negative experience. The food isnt in stock, or some glitch screwed something up and I gotta order again even though I was charged. Sometimes I don't got that to spare and waiting 24 hours for the refund is asanine. Last time I found out no ebikes in the drive thru. Okay. Fair. I need something fast and reliable though so you're out of my lunch options.

On the drink list ~~ the problem with this McDonald's on 5280 US1 is that, you can't grab your own drinks. You have to wait in line for your water for your sodas for anything you want to drink. So it does make a difference what McDonald's you go to. The best two are Rosland Rd McDonald's in Sebastian and Vero Beach it would be the Oslo road McDonald's. Most other ones you have to wait a long time for the food and various other things. And some of them they don't even put front counter help in place. They have to see you from the kitchen and come over and take your order. And way too long at that. Ok, I'm done venting. ~~~ Happy Eating 😋
