Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An A inspection result sits behind a review average of just 2.4. When whether food comes out hot comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 2.3. Service is the next most common subject, in 25% of reviews (averaging 3.0).
Speed of service shows up in 25% of reviews as well, averaging 1.0. The single most common rating left here is 1 star (5 of 8). The split is 3 positive to 5 negative across 8 rated reviews.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (97/100), 3 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. The visit behind that grade was April 27, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 74% of the Indian River County restaurants we grade. Worth stating plainly: 8 reviews is a small sample, so treat the percentages above as indicative rather than settled. For specifics, the last inspection cited plumbing installed & maintained and floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Happy meal for my granddaughter, she loves it.

I have been to this location many times in the past, and have never had any problems. Until recently multiple messed up orders, food not being hot, waiting for long periods of time. Worst came today, I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe and a large fries which was free from their app using curbside pickup. After sitting in my car in the hot sun waiting for over 20 minutes. I go inside only for them to make up excuses saying they never received my order. Even though showed them my receipt and the order confirmation with the exact address. They wouldn't even make the order for me they would just keeping saying it was not placed. I was so infuriated went to manager and told him the whole story, and asked for a refund. That's when the employees offered me a fresh order. I told them I just want my money back after wasting 30 minutes of time. Plus I can never get my points I used for the fries either. I will never go back to this location again, and if there was a option to give 0 stars I would give it to them. That's just not right and terrible service. If you want proper service go the location on US-1 or Burger King down the road.

I stayed at Encore Sunshine Travels the property next door and saw a vagrant asked to leave while I was at the office. Made me to believe their are shady people around and after 7 years living in Atlanta. When I used my scooter to go to McDonald's to use there internet, as well as order lunch. I brought my scooter to my seat, in a corner outta the way and was asked to leave the premises. I couldn't leave it outside or it would have been stolen. I was asked once and the second time, while I was using the only internet available for an important zoom meeting at the time. The young man said, you must leave the premises for not complying. I got right up, ending my zoom meeting and left. I have never been treating SO BADLY at a McDonald's.

Everyone i go here the wait is forever, the food is cold, they flat out act like you aren't there, and there is always food missing. I only go to this location once every few months I try to avoid if at possible.

Has really gone down!

I was really surprised to find out that I could just order just a quarter pounder patties with nothing else and it was very affordable especially go at the rest of my lunch since I try not to eat too much processed foods but the meat was definitely worth buying

Fresh nuggets and fries. Kind employees. Drive thru was faster than I thought especially with the cars that were in front of mine.
