MCDONALDS CORPORATIONS

I ordered via door dash and just received totally unacceptable ice cold and soggy overcooked fries and chicken strips that were cold and like rubber! This is not the first time I had poor quality food at your store and I am very upset that I spent 30.00 and can't eat anything. The door dash driver delivered very quickly and I live. only 2 miles away. I called the store and they just let the phone ring....no answer. Disgust is an understatement and I will be speaking to the manager today. Poor service and terrible food quality

July 2026 Update: Since my original review this McDonald's has made a pretty huge turnaround. It seemingly swapped hands regarding managers or franchisees and they now show considerably more care, consistency, and higher food quality. Pretty great all things considered. --- Original 2024 Review: Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had, waited an hour through the staff telling at each other in the back for a cold meal they never brought me, next to 7 other people waiting. All the staff were on their phone's, and my friends order was missing their coffee. One Year Later: Went through again today, this time with a mobile order. Very rude lady told us their system was down and there was nothing they could do, even though the order had already been paid for. When I asked if we could just go through and show her the order, she declined, as she had no intention of fulfilling my order. What a disappointing location. TWO Years Later: I waited here an hour to get a mobile order. There was at least 7 cars in the drive thru while the store was open and no one was there. No one took orders. No one behind the windows. You could just see people walking to the back room. Never got that mobile order (but still paid for it). No reason to go here whatsoever.

Actually the most garbage experience I have had with McDonald’s. All the staff are slow and don’t even seem to know what they are doing. Ordered food on the kiosk and it has taken 30 minutes as of writing this review. Need new staff.

Good place 5 stars

$4 for a large undercooked, unsalted limp order of Fries. How hard can it be...? The entire cooking process is automated and idiot proof. You'd actually have to try to get it wrong to mess it up this bad. 🤦🏻‍♂️

First id like to say that customer service was great 👍 welcoming even and they even had my order correct but the food quality was disgusting. Non salted, floppy fries that tasted like rubber. A mccrispy that only had a dried up and over done chicken breast and 2 pickels on a bun. This place definitely needs a stronger management team at night because food quality needs to be checked before it goes out the door.

It's sad that I had to stand at the front counter for 20 minutes before I even got anyone attention then still was unable to order with cash at the front register girl walked outside came back in there was no cash drawer in the register I guess she had to go in the back another 10 minutes and get the cash drawer walked off and was gone for another 15 minutes I think it's sad they really need some help out here I turned around and walked out and left I'll eat at home 45 minutes standing here got no help this is not fast food ijs I could see if it was a long line I was the only one standing there at the front counter Vero poor service I should have gone to chick fil A

Love this location in vero beach. This is the only one where the lobby is open 24hrs. Except holidays people but always great service with smiles.

Table service does not mean they deliver to the table at this one. They just call the table number. Condiments were incorrect. Burger was hot fries were cold. Not good here. Difficult to get attention from the counter.

It's McDonald's, What could go wrong?

I pay through the mobile app, show up through the drive thru just to be told that they are closed and that I have to cancel my order. Why have me waste my time and gas. If a restaurant is closed then it needs to reflect that on the app

Long wait

They sent me french fries that had obviously been way over cooked. The burger was so greasy it saturated the bun, container, and bag. This place has the sorriest employees...they knew they were sending me trash, still did it.

Took 45 minutes to get order after using kiosk, 4 or 5 others waiting too long line on drive through 8:30pm March 31, 2026

All I can say is no mcdonald's is fast food anymore...

I think the kiosk is a little difficult to maneuver around. It took me about 6 minutes to put my order in but it took me another 15 minutes to get it. It was busy. Seems that everywhere you go there's not enough help. Cutting corners for cost I guess is what we're doing.

I used to always love this McDonald's but it seems like every time I go now my meal is barely warm french fries of all things are not very good when they're cold 🥶

Customer service is unbelievably the worst

Took 25 minutes for a 10 peice nugget meal to come out. The place was dead

i ordered just a sweet tea at 7:00 on the dot and didn’t walk out with it until 7:35. unbelievable. nobody is ever at the front to tend to anybody which results into multiple people waiting. they see you waiting at the front and never come to you.

Took an hour to get my food and they gave people before us there food first
