I've visited a few of these across the county and it's coin flip, but this here was very nice and like a low end resort feel. Nice i recommend if you wanna save a buck for the dolphin swim you would be able to save staying here for 3 days .

1st room we were given keys to was missing the sofa, table, and chairs. They called maintenance to verify and were slow to move us to another room. Once given keys to the next room found it did have a sofa, and smelled like cigarettes badly. Went back to office and the staff argued with me that "well some rooms do not have the furniture as described due to space" even tho there was room. After that I asked for a refund, was no longer comfortable staying. She was extremely hesitant, I had to plead by saying "we are here for a funeral, I do not want to argue. I just can't stay here and need a refund" She thankfully agreed to a refund Now working with Expedia since the hotel has yet to send the refund after a week, and Expedia cannot get in contact with this hotel. Do not stay here

Thank u for your reply yesterday to my friend, Zsolt Major. We stayed in the inn 22-24th April. Reservation was on my name. He paid the deposit on arrival. Can you please let us know how we get in touch?? as ur phone number doesn't work. And ur email u gave to the previous reviewer, doesn't respond to us! checked out 24th april,still waiting for deposit even if they said it ll go back on that night.... stayed only 2 nights. bought a pepsi max from vending machine that expired in 2025,did not even mention it to anyone... swimming pool filtfy and closed. display in front of inn says free breakfast,but nothing. cleaner dropped bunch of towels,dropped them,sweared,picked them up ,still put them in rooms. yes room was smelly, full of rust,bed's ancient matress hangs out down onto the floor....

Never even ended up staying here because the staff are so rude. I booked and was over charged, then they wanted 250 dispose for me to even stay just one night! They refused to even give me my money back!

Great location and great staff. The rooms are compatible with the price but always clean .

The time there was very relaxing.

Rooms need to be better maintained. Dead bugs in bathroom. No seating in room except at the desk, no table to eat at or put things on.

The staff here is the kindest crew that I have ever experienced. Underpaid, for sure. Jenna the bartender pours a mean drink for $1.75 during happy hour -this bar should be packed. Great pizza and burgers with love and care installed in all- clean pool tables, bathrooms and a welcoming environment. Should you stop here, you will be pleasantly surprised. Please tip your server.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Absolutely horriable beds my wife didn’t sleep at all . She was up all night for 2 nights at this hotel . Just horriable beds a the last at the front desk was no help !

I stayed here for 3 months and had the time to get to know the staff personally and when I wonderful I mean phenomenal, and yes I'm going to name a few...... for people to not understand that there is a bar there is unrealistic cause if they was to stop in the bar (family friendly) and met the most excellent bartender Ms. Jenna Giovanelli knows her thing around the bar 🍸 and I mean drinks are to amazing 👏🏿 and let me say with the most welcoming personality and that will have you ready to relax after a long day 😊 let me move on to Mr. Robert ( manager) great manager, phenomenal attitude an very kind and will answer every question to the best of his ability with an honest truthful answer, and we'll go above and beyond to accommodate all the customers needs, Ms Janet ( evening receptionist) understood the customer bilingual, very pleasant with a smile and very protective positive mother figure Genuine and understanding. To Ms. Jacqueline, and Ms. April. I really appreciate y'all patience, understanding loving personalities. This hotel is amazing and very family oriented. To the housekeepers and the maintenance man, very pleasant will speak to you and will give you a conversation. I recommend this hotel to anyone that just wants to relax and have someone to be understanding and respectful to your needs, and some great 🍸 This is the place to go.

We stayed for one night and it was super clean shiny floors and no smells just AC noise was inconsistent

I needed a place to stop as I was driving from Pennsylvania to Fort Pierce and the last bit of my trip I decided to stay at the America’s best in satellite Beach. I had my two small dogs with me and I took one step into the room and turned around and left. It was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever experienced. I was afraid to have my dogs walking on the floor let alone sleep in the bed. It reeked of urine, both human and pet. I believe the door looked like it could easily be entered if someone wanted to. The lock barely latched. I felt extremely unsafe. I would never stay here again and honestly, I didn’t stay there because I felt like I would risk driving longer than staying in that room. I would never take kids here or pets. Stay away!

Staff helpful and friendly Room needs remodeling. Bugs found

In severe need of repair, paint is chipping and flaking all over. Garbage cans overflowing in common areas, picnic table broken. Unsavory characters staying here that yell and scream all hours of the night. Desk clerks are nice but they are just employees. Breakfast is a joke, pop tarts and coffee. I know America can do better than this, if this “America’s Best”. Next time, Fairfield Inn next door or Comfort Suites.||Our beds were comfortable. Water pressure for showering was questionable.

I do not recommend this place. We did not feel safe, the room was gross, things were broken, sheets were dirty, smelled like smoke, and you can hear everything and everyone outside. The pictures we looked at on hotels.com had NOTHING to do with this place. We immediately left and asked for a refund. The only good part was that the front desk person seemed to actually understand and refunded us immediately.

I stayed here with my two kids and girlfriend for a month and was told to leave for 24hrs to be out of the system which is fine and we had never had a complaint we moved 4 different rooms in that one month. We left for the 24hrs and came back and was told we could not rent there anymore due to condition of the room. Mind you we cleaned all of our stuff out and picked up all trash and couldnt vacuum or sweep because per usual the maids were not around to ask for a vacuum. Also when we entered the room we noticed visable damage to the tv screen which made it hard to watch anything as well as a toilet seat with a slit in it which kept scratching us everytime we sat. We had asked a maintence worker to put at least tape over it and he never came back to do so. The lady in the office jackie would not give me the owners number and would not show me pictures of the room nor corporate at all. I had two kids waiting in the car with no where to go. Still havent even had a call back. Very unprofessional. We literally didnt even get a valid reason as to why we couldnt come back. We moved rooms four times and never once had an issue with being “trashy” so the office lady said. I could not believe this. Not to mention, we had to move rooms the second time because their toilet broke and flooded our whole entire room and damaged our property, but we let it go and the third room. We did not have heat in our room so we had to switch rooms due to the fact that it was 50° or lower at the time.…

This place is disgusting. The smell is horrible and the rooms are filthy. It’s obvious the linens weren’t fresh, and the leftovers left by previous guests in the fridge was an unpleasant touch. I literally feel like I need a vaccine after staying here. Spend a little more and find somewhere remotely clean.

The tv ended up taking a dump an hour into my stay and the heater blew cool air instead of hot air. No other rooms they could put me in when I asked to switch rooms.
