Older white woman with the girl next to her, that made my meal was so condescending. Made the entire experience worthless. I shouldn’t have cheated on my Palm Bay location 💔. Shout out to the cashier though! Super cool!

FOOD'S REALLY GOOD. SOMETIMES YOU GET AWAY A LITTLE WHILE TO GET YOUR FOOD ORDER IN. AND I ALWAYS ORDER THE DOUBLE BURRITO OH MY GOD, I GOT EXTRA EVERYTHING ON IT.WHEN THEY ROLL IT UP, THEY CAN BARELY DO IT, BUT IT'S GREAT.AND YOU GET. SOMETIMES IN THERE AND GOTTA WAIT LIKE, MAYBE FIVE MINUTES.IF YOU'RE PICKING UP A ORDER OF A DOOR DASH, BUT OTHERWISE EVERYTHING THERE'S REALLY GOOD, AND THEY'RE AT ANY COMPLAINTS FROM THE CUSTOMERS OR PEOPLE THAT I'VE DELIVERED FOOD TO OR MYSELF.PLACE RIGHT ON 19-2 ACROSS FROM THE MELBOURNE MALL..

Glad to see this chipotle busy, fresh and staff were absolutely fantastic! Shout out Marissa, I believe was her name. Definitely started with a M. But truly genuine, gave what I asked for. On top of that, she was more than willing to take on multiple people in line yesterday! She absolutely killed it and deserves her credit where credit is due!!

The young man that is the cashier, is very nice and such a team player thank you for your kindness.

I’m not sure what was going on at this Chipotle location tonight, but the experience was chaotic. It seemed like they were trying to make as many bowls as fast as possible to break a record or something. There were too many people working the line at once. I ordered two bowls, and the staff kept mixing them up and switching ingredients back and forth between the two. At one point, they were about to scoop bean water into the rice bowl. I also ordered chicken and steak, but when I asked for double meat, they suddenly said they were out of steak. Despite that, I was still charged for steak. This may not be the normal experience at this location, but it was definitely my experience tonight, and it was frustrating.

Went here about 6 months ago. The last time I went, the food was so salty it was barely edible. Decided to give Chipotle another chance since I was in the area tonight. What a mistake. The food was so salty tonight I couldn’t even eat it. I got all the way home and was disappointed with how incredibly salty the chicken was. I’ll never go back to this location.

ELEVEN tables and NONE is clean, regardless of just one customer here. It means that they are not busy to give them the excuse. The floor is not an exception, either.

Excelent food

Terrible. Undercooked rice felt like eating sand and rocks.. Worker begrudinngly gave me a tray when i said i dont want to eat off the table. Tray was dirty. Work area was a mess. By far the worst taco place in the area.

The cashier threw away my receipt without asking if I wanted it. When I requested a copy, she said it had already been discarded. I then asked if it could be reprinted, and she responded impatiently, pulled several receipts from the trash, and handed me a crumpled one. The interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope the store can improve customer service and basic courtesy.

"The young woman at the front, slicing the meat, passed the meat all along the counter. She also grabbed some and tasted it—she put her hands in her mouth, and then, without cleaning them or anything, still wearing the gloves, she went back and grabbed more meat, continuing to cut. The other employees were also talking over the food that was on display." They don't have a good attitude either.

This is by far the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The servers were fine until the end when they would not give me a vinaigrette because it was for “drive-thru orders only”.

I’ve never seen people so miserable at work. The facility was clean so there’s that we can deal with unhappy employees, but I thought it was a joke when I opened up the bag and saw what I spent $36 on they gave me the bare minimum amount of chips and my burrito. Looks like it came from a kid’s meal. Shrinkflation only works when your prices aren’t high lol. Then tip on top? Nah I’m good.

This location cares more about the money being made than the quality of FOOD being served. I guess it’s okay to sell RAW chicken to customers….

Okay food, absolutely horrible set of staff. I come here alot and every time I do the staff act like zombies. Whether its 4pm, 6pm,8pm busy or slow, they act like you're inconveniencing them by just existing. Food quality here varies, but the one thing that stays consistent is the workers attitudes. I feel like the staff missed the customer service part of their job😅

I would bet my 401K the chicken in my burrito bowl was from last night. My order was ordered this morning and delivered by 1130am with our group for a meeting. It should have been FRESH. Chicken was hard and gross. Done with Chipotle.

The chips and queso are my favorite but the chips are always stale!! And don’t ask for a fresh bag of chips. They’ll look at you like you just asked them for a burger.
