HAMPTON INN AND SUITES BY HILTON - WEST MELBOURNE

Very disappointed on the service and the attention to customer in this hotel. The faucet of the shower weren’t work properly and never anyone came to fix it. Never came service to even do the room in the 4 days of the stay and when ask to have the towels changed because there were only set for 3 people and we were 4 it never happened. They gave us a pool towel. The room looked good and clean when we came but on a 4-3 stay was expecting at least room cleaning or towel change once. Lastly there was no juice nor any drinks provided for breakfast. The machine was out of order and they couldn’t even provide pitchers of water or the juice.

Perfect hotel to stay at while in town for a softball tournament. Delicious breakfast, fun pool, very helpful service! Comfy bed and nice rooms. Would definitely return.

Clean spacious rooms, great breakfast.

Disappointing stay. In the middle of the night the air conditioner would make loud rattling noises. In the morning, my husband and I had cold showers. My husband spoke with Lisa at the front desk while I continued to get ready for my work day. Lisa responded by saying "That's weird no one has said anything." No apology. Nothing. Breakfast wasn't worth indulging - white bread, plain bagels, Yoplait yogurt.

Loved this hotel, first time staying at this location. Extremely clean room, hot water easy to navigate the parking lot and very easy directions to get too (we came off 95). Really appreciate how friendly the hotel staff is and the free breakfast was good fresh and hot. I highly recommend this hotel we will be staying here again in the future.

Mrs. Lisa RUINED MY STAY HERE. EVERYONE ELSE WAS INCREDIBLE, SUPER NICE, VERY ACCOMMODATING. IF MRS. LISA PAID MORE ATTENTION TO THE RAT ISSUE HERE, IT WOULD BE PERFECT. INSTEAD, she harasses ME at 8 A.M. about MY BUSINESS continuation of MY reservation. But when rats are reported to her, it's IGNORED. SHE NEEDS RETRAINING ON HOSPITALITY. EVERYONE ELSE HAS IT DOWN TO THE WIRE. I'VE SEEN 15 RATS PER NIGHT. TELL LISA TO HARASS THEM OUT. NOT THE GUESTS.

Es la 2da vez que vengo h realmente el servicio es excelente todo te saludan y te reciben cordialmente. Las únicas que ni en la 1ra ocasión ni ahora ni siquiera te dan los buenos días son la de la cocina. Tú entra y esperas que al menos te saluden, todos los guest si lo hacen pero los empleados son arrogantes y ni saludan. Aun así vuelvo. El ambiente en general es bueno

Nice place to stay

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had a nice selection. Would definitely stay again when in Florida .

I recently returned to this hotel for a five day stay and it was everything I needed. I stayed on the first floor just outside of the swimming pool and it was nice and quiet. No problem, no complaints. We were located close to the side exit and ice machine so the location was perfect and quite convenient. The bed was super comfortable and we spent lot of time just chilling in that bed. It was incredible! That bathroom was everything because it was generously sized and that shower gave me life. The water was always the perfect temperature and the flow/pressure was great. I loved the large mirror/sink set-up that is immediate as soon as you walk in the room. I used that sink and mirror a lot! It was a nice way for me to keep the bathroom clear for my mate and I rinsed my dishes here. Now, here's the deal, we requested a room on the 3rd floor but after arriving we realized that something happened and our room was not available. So, we were upgraded to this room and BOOM! It was on and popping! The exercise room is always well stocked and clean and you can actually access it 24 hrs. So, I usually don't eat the free breakfast but I appreciated that it was offered and if you don't want a full breakfast, they have fruit and yogurt available along with bagels, scones and muffins. There is something for everyone. Highly recommended for its great location, friendly/professional staff, and cleanliness.

Very nice clean hotel in nice area with plenty of parking .Large rooms , Friendly staff , breakfast basic but acceptable .

Our room smelled like a sewer when we arrived at 3 PM. Turned on the AC, and left. We were moved across the hall after we returned to our room after 9 PM. It was okay. All 3 treadmills inoperable in the fitness center, at 2 AM, so had to walk outside in unfamiliar surroundings. Spoke to Brett when we checked out. Indifferent. We won't return. There are too many other choices...

Excellent experience! I helped host a seminar at this location and the cleanliness and customer service were top notch. Arsbie, their houseman, is exceptionally good at what he does. You can tell he truly cares about his work. I walked in and his smile and greeting made me feel so welcome. As well as Lisa, who works at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. She was detailed, and really went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed here. This level of hospitality is so refreshing and appreciated in a customer service climate we are in. Thank you for your wonderful accommodations!

The nice lady at the desk was awesome

Probably the cleanest hotel in general! But most importantly, I want to rave about the front desk staff and management!!! I cannot say enough about these folks, to say they go above and beyond is an understatement!!! I am a frequent guest here and the treatment I receive every time is top notch!! This hotel sets the bar high, it is truly amazing!!!! I also want to thank the women who work the breakfast shifts, they are also amazing people!!!!

Huge rooms, great location and friendly staff

Location is great. Area is close to restaurants and shopping center but is in a quiet neighborhood.

It was great for what it was. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard fair. The pool was nice and does pump head but was still chilly when you first got in it when we went. Overall good for the price

Very nice hotel with alot of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean, breakfast was good and hotel was updated. Scott was at the desk when we arrived and we had traveled through the night and arrived early. I was thrilled that with a phone call we found that our room was ready early and we were able to check in. We felt very fortunate after a 16 hour trip and a trip to the beach that we could get in early and make it an appointment on time.

Hotel is very nice , have stayed here many times. Plenty of parking . Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Breakfast could use some improvements. Staff and housekeeping were great.

We stayed at this Hampton in order to visit nearby Florida Tech. It was easily accessible from Palm Bay Road and conveniently situated near plenty of dining options as well as the university. Check in was a breeze - the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable and most importantly quiet. Free breakfast and parking were an added plus.
