The reason for three stars instead of five... store should have better warning for wet floors.... I fell on wet floor and bruised my right knee pretty bad.... apparently they had just mopped the floor. I wish someone would have told me the floor was wet or had roped off the area...

First let me say the stars above are an understatement. Once we finally got our order taken and we got it; all the food was overcooked and cold. This place needs to be investigated! We did get refunded and the reason for bad food was inadequate help.

Lisa is an amazing worker! My app was malfunctioning saying I used my code when I didn’t and she took care of me in the best way possible! the manager helped out as well, but Lisa stood out to me the most. Take good care of her she is amazing!

They’re so slow with their service.

Was given an expired apple pie based on time and asked for another apple pie and received 2 Burned ones

The managers or who ever is in charge of answering the phones is sooooo rude. She really need to be fired. And just overall it’s just a terrible place with some very rude and lazy people running the place

Drive thru order twice. SERVICE: 1st time: order -app, Cashier-quiet, minimal interaction, Server-no eye contact, pushed bag out window, ‘here’s your order’, turned back in ASAP. 2nd time: order-app, Cashier-pleasant and handed to me the receipt, Server-quiet smile, made eye contact, made sure I had the bag before letting go. FOOD: Seems I had tummy aches from them both times; may be a coincidence? JIC there are other McDs close by where this problem doesn’t occur, and I moved on. Thank you.

Mobile order around 4:30, waited about 20 minutes, then got a refund at 4:48. When I questioned the delay, the manager said, “Are you serious? What a complete waste of time,” and brushed it off as talking to staff. Unprofessional and unnecessary. I used to come here often "unfortunately", but I won’t be back. Order 1382 may 20,2026 @ 430-448pm. I was courteous but the staff was annoyed I was annoyed fast food took 20min? 100% would recommend the store 2 miles down the road in any direction.

I placed a mobile order for drive through pick up. The vehicle in front of me got heir food but didn't leave. The drive through attendant returned to the window with my order and gave it to them also. When i pulled up to the window, the attendant attempted to hand me the food for the car behind me. I told the person what my order was and she looked confused. I asked her to check the mobile order and gave my code. I told her that i ordered a big mack pack (assuming that she knows what this is as it is on the menu) and 2 deluxe mccrispys. She left the window and returned., asking me to pull forward and wait without explanation. I saw what happened and expected an explanation and some sort of urgency to prepare my order. I waited 5 to 10 minutes and no one came out. I went inside and asked if they had given my order to thw car in front of me and they ignored my question, replying "your food will be ready in a minute. " i waited another 5 minutes in the lobby as a line built up behind me. They brought me a bag of the wrong items and missing items. I asked for the manager at this point because i now feel like the line employee was not equipped for this type of recovery. The manager walked past and went to the register. I asked if she could help fix my order. She replied "we gave you your order. " with a terrible attitude. So much so that the people in line behind me commented about her attitude. I replied that the order was incorrect, even after the drive through attendant…

Employees are hard workers. Good service

Very slow service.

Price is outrageous. Food is okay, not worth the price of a "Real" Meal. Any fast food meal that is over $10 is robbery

This location is NOT the best, order online. They don’t have it. Give you 1 option to accommodate which is not even in the same ballpark. I will stop coming to this location.

This is by far my favorite McDonald's. I have to give a shout out to the manager Desiree, absolutely professional and an asset to the company. Im in the service industry and the was she handled a previous issue I had and the way she represented herself and the company was refreshing. My breakfast was great and I will always return that specific location. Other McDonald's could learn from this location in my opinion. Thank you again Desiree for your help and professional attitude.
